Everything was exceptional. The hotel is wonderfully situated on the lake border, we had a room with balcony and could admire the lake landscape and the sunset perfectly. The balcony is in fact a small terrace but large for a balcony exposed to the sun and very pleasant to lie in the sun on and have your juice. There is a small refrigerator in the room. the hotel has a bar which we did not have time to use, the breakfast was rich and savoury. The bus stops to and from Verona are 100 metres away, we bought a day ticket online and used the bus to visit the city. We would have stayed one or several more days but it was still cold for walks and did not really have time but will surely come back.

Everything to our expectations, nothing \disappointed or disturbed us.

Great staff, fantastic location, everything was so clean. The view from the room was great with big balcony and private sauna in the room. Only 1 min. walk to the lake and 2 min walk to some great restaurants.

Great location at the lake of Garda

ALL WAS was great will return to this hotel the room the stuff the parking was just out side reserved in the hotel private parking the view of the lake from the King room across the road one can hardly need to go any where with so many shops restaurants in the location and the hotel its self . I cant find any thing to complain about the room with a living room as you enter also had a sauna in the separate bedroom what more will a King ask for

Breakfast and Whirlpool

Good location overlooking the lake about a half hour walk to Bardolino. Lovely large balcony, overlooking main road which might not suit everybody but I enjoyed it. Was able to put my motorcycle in the garage.

Air conditioning was very noisy but as a motorcyclist I had ear plugs with me which ensured a good night's sleep

Excellent & delicious breakfast with superb service & accommodating staff. The pistacchio cream filled homemade croissants were phenomenal! Loved the jet spa located on the 1st floor deck with view of Lake Garda & we enjoyed cocktails there one evening. We enjoyed riding bicycles provided free of charge by our hotel to the center of town.

The air conditioner didn't keep our room cool.

- Rooms were not as booked (booked 2 rooms with 2 single beds each, which was explicitly confirmed by the hotel - yet, it was not the case) - Staff very unfriendly, and not willing so solve any issues. Confronted with the fact that the rooms were not as booked despite explicit confirmation, she got very annoyed and refused to do anything about it ("There are plenty other hotels around here", "Do you want me to cut the matress in half?!", etc.). Ultimately, she refused discussing further. - Despite of being a Spa & Wellness (!) hotel, shower in one of our rooms would barely let water come out - Wifi not/barely working

Good breakfast outside , a kind of " chic" hotel , very close to the lake , parking in front .

Despite the great view , the rooms with balcony at lake side are just near the main street with very intense traffic all the day ,so much noise . At the bathroom was a smell of " pi " , which was present all 2 days we took there , despite mentioning at the reception and our efforts to use a dezinfectant . Very narrow bath , for me was necessary to squeeze a bit to go inside shower . Not cheap but was high season .

Clean albeit small room, up-to-date facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, overall great location (1 min walk to the lake, 2 min to the town center).

Very good location opposite the lake, and half way to Bardolino e Lazise, easy bicycle ride everywhere. The Hotel is small and cute and the staff extremely nice to make you feel comfortable, I would definitely come back

The airco keeps you awake. Why does it give 3 loud beeps before turning on? A burning hot balcony. A parasol would have been very nice.
