The staff ( can't remember the name of the Mister who received us) was really kind and helpful. He even gave us some ice cream!!!

I think the hotel has a great potential but lacks maintenance. The additional bed were really uncomfortablle.

The pool was very nice it was clean and big

The furniture was old, poor quality and uncomfortable also rooms have no air conditioning. Lack of electric sockets. One bedroom had no sockets at all. No WiFi !!! Balcony view was good, however in the mornings you could hear sounds from nearby industrial area.

Good location even though a bit far from the lake and most other attractions of Riva del Garda (on contrary the waterfall and cave are just 200m away). Nice view from rooms and terraces. Bike or car is rather a must if you want to move around - on foot it takes much time to get to the city center. Very friendly host and nice swimming pool.

WIFI did not work, actually it was not there at all. If you want to spend time on your terrace, keep in mind your neighbors will be there with you.

Beautiful view from very big terrace, very quiet and peacefull location. About 4km to the lake and city centre, however the walk was pleasent. Nice swimming pool

Quite basic apartment, not enough garbage bags and toilet paper - need to ask each time for additional ones
