Air Conditioning was not working. Rooms are really old and shabby. Kettle, but no tea or coffee available. On the breakfast some products like cheese, ham, etc. were not fresh. (Maybe due to the fact that in April the hotel was almost empty)

This is a classic European hotel, the kind I like. Very clean, breakfast included, very friendly, helpful staff (who know English).

The location of the hotel is awesome. I literally stayed in the best neighborhood of Messina. It is very easy to arrive there from the Messina Centrale train station.

I arrived there Sunday evening and nobody from the staff were there to make my check-in and give the keys of the room. I had to call the hotel, and someone told me that the key was in a table in the lobby and told me the number of my room. the room was dark (few illumination ), the bathroom was very small with toilette. The furniture is old and outdated. But it is ok if you stay for a purpose and stay for short period of time.

Excellent location, easy to access the central station and also the city-restaurant area. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are very clean and comfortable. The staff are exceptional, very helpful. I needed a rapid covid test and they arranged it for me. Also, the property is excellent value for money.

It was in the center

I booked a room with double bed and they put me in a room with 2 beds and they just put them together. When we told them they said we don’t have room with double bed but when I booked it there wasn’t this information. Also air condition wasn’t working good at all. It said 22 degrees but it had no air flow and we asked them to fix it the second day but nothing changed even if they said they will fix it instantly..

Clean rooms, lot of space, nice staff, good value for the price. Budget decent hotel

Rooms are old style and needs furniture replacement.
