Friendly welcome. Lovely double aspect room with view in accommodation block. Dinner in atmospheric restaurant, and nice breakfast. A good quiet location in a beautiful spot. Plenty of walks in the vicinity.

The camping is situated in a beautiful surrounding and has a very beautiful cosy restaurant. The owner was very nice and hospitable and the dinner was great. The room was simple but comfortable and very clean and the bath room was big and clean.

The best hotel that we stayed in Norway during our roadtrip. The lady at the reception was fantastic. The surroundings were like from a fairytale - an insanely green peaceful valley with a lake, river and a huge waterfall over our heads. The rooms were scandinavian-simple, quiet, clean, modern, renovated, comfortable. Breakfast excellent, restaurant exceptionally stylish and cozy. The pictures this place uses on booking.com don't do it justice so I'll try to make it up with mine.

We had been to some bad hotels in Norway so we have a lot to compare with and this place had no faults

Beatifull place , you can see the waterfall in front and hear the river behind you... 1.2 kilometer , after beautiful journey in the wood you can visit the cabin of the famous philosopher Wittgenstein. Special decoration of the reception and dinning all. And most of all, the good and welcoming host. Pay attention to the little details, with big smile, and wish to make you stay as good as possible.

We had a view of the huge waterfall from our window. Dinner at the restaurant was great - salmon and veal. Breakfast was also good. Kind and friendly staff.

We’ve been travelling around Norway by car and camping. This stop was perfect for us to charge batteries and keep going after a great shower, a delicious dinner, a great night of sleep and a great breakfast in a lovely place with super nice hosts. Thank you!

We arrived quite late in the evening after an adventurous and beautiful drive through Sognefjellet but that was no problem. Check-in was friendly. Room was quite spacious and bathroom as well. Both were clean. The beds were comfy and we got a good nights rest. Breakfast next morning was good and tasteful. Not too many options but more than enough for us. Check-out was friendly as well. A great place to stay, especially close to Skjolden with beautiful view of Sognefjorden.

Very clean room, extremely friendly & helpful staff. Great location for walks and day trips in the area.

On the expensive side for what it is, hotel price for a hostel room. The rubbish skip and construction waste lying around it right outside the building was an eyesore in otherwise pretty surroundings.

We had a comfortable douple room with a view to the big waterfall on the other side. The room was clean and big with a private bathroom. You can eat for dinner till 8 p.m and the fine breakfast was inclusive. We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this accomotation :)

Really great place, very friendly stuff and good breakfast :) I really recommend the stay, plus it is close to waterfall with makes this place looks a bit more magical

Maybe a charger to a electric car - even the simple one.

Very cold room, but helpful staff brought additional heater, so all good.
