Nice boutique hotel. In colombo Over priced for the comfort provided Rather $77 I would have settled in for $ 60 @ night.

Cloud kitchen was shut over the entire duration of our stay. Hence we were forced to dine out for dinner all 4 days.

Room was nice but no AC in bathrooms which made the bathroom very not at times Breakfast was good if taken in the restaurant Rooms service was OK - food wasn't particularly hot

Bathroom no A/C

Great service. We were there to renew visas and the hotel was in a great/central location. We were upgraded to a suite room and it was spacious with a comfy bed, sofa and a wonderful work station.

Rooms are a tad bit outdated (showers, fan, AC) could use a renovation.

The location was very central, the wooden interiors, the design of the room, the great value for money breakfast (I had the Sri Lankan option), the accommodating staff, the hotel and grounds are beautifully decorated and landscaped, it's a bit of a hidden oasis in a very central location.

The walls are pretty thin and I was on the level below the rooftop bar so heard a lot of that music well into the night. They also had two events booked with blasting music until 11pm for two consecutive nights -- each time, we were only informed during the day. No remediation was offered. NB There's no lift, which might be a problem for some.

Pool side

the hotel room was very big with large windows and a big comfortable bed. I really enjoyed the 2 swimming pools and the overall vibe of the outdoors. also, very helpful staff

Good central location. Easy to get out and about by tuktuk. Lovely pool and spa. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant that served delicious food and cocktails. Breakfast excellent with good choice of food. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel and would have loved to stay longer.

Location,food,facilities are great

It was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel,first time I put a complain because it was very loud music at their roof top bar like playing in my room and was not possible to sleep. They said sorry after that thats why I decided to stay again. This time they gave me a suit room. But it was full of mosquitos because of the small garden in the room I guess,and when my mom scratched her arm during her sleep, she put some stains(blood) on the bed sheets,and during check-out recepsionist guy was asking me like something first time he saw in his life with a very pissed off face "oh maam there is stain on the bed like!!!like something I have to pay for that?!! First its very rude to tell this to your guest,cause If I need to give a report what I put on your bed sheets you have to mention on your booking page! 2nd thing if you dont want this kind of problem you should check your room and put at least spray to kill mosquitos. I travelled all over the world and been so many different hotels I never heard that blood is a problem if you put on the bed sheets. It could be period blood as well,so Should I tell my body to be careful during my sleep to not put anything on the bed sheets!!! It was the last time I ve been there will never go again because of this rudeness.So if you put some of your body fluid you should be careful in this hotel they can try to charge you!!!

I was planning to write a very good comment about this hotel till last night.All staffs are very friendly and helpful, foods are delicious,rooms are very clean and comfortable,but there is a small bar at the top of the hotel and playing crazy bass,you can hear the music from eveeywhere in the hotel!.I needed to sleep and rest for my trip but it was impossible,it was like speakers are in my room and playing super loud music, just beside of my ears.And i had to wait to stop the music for sleep.They told me it will stop at 10,but still didnt stop even at 10, when I get very angry and spoke with reception again finally manager stopped the music at 10.30.This hotel has to decide they will operate as night club or they will provide place where their guest can sleep and rest peacefully.I was thinking to come and stay here again but After last night experience i will never come back.

atmosphere and boutique feel

dirty pool towels, bed bugs and unprofessional staff. the standard rooms are way too small to move around. they are photographed to look big but are simply a box room. restaurants were all closed for private functions and not accessible to hotel guests. i got bitten by bed bugs which tells you about cleanliness. the pool towels were all stained and pool deck chairs full of ants. the staff charged me on arrival and charged me an extra upon checkout claiming they forgot the tax. i at least received an upgrade given I complained about the horribly small room, however none of that made up for the horrible stay. there was no manager to speak I was told by Gihan the from the desk agent.
