La piscine propre et bien entretenue. La situation, dans un quartier résidentiel, est très sure et protégée, il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Climatisation et frigo dans les chambres.

La chambre était sale: il y avait des mites mortes sur le sol, qui était poussiéreux. Le petit déjeuner était servi uniquement jusqu’à 9h. Il fallait donner la veille une heure précise à laquelle on venait, ou prévenir 15 minutes avant. Il y avait quelques choix de plats salés ou sucrés, et de boissons et jus. Quand nous sommes arrivés, on nous a amené nos repas tout emballés dans du film alimentaire, meme les boissons: dommage car ce n’est pas très écologique. Le lit était assez petit. Pas d’ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres.

Piscina no estaba limpia el fondo tenia moho No hay privacidad , todas las habitaciones se ven entre sí, sino cierras tu cortina y no ves nada En la noche prendieron los faros internos para alumbrar la zona central.que es la piscina , y el farol con alta potencia de luz daba exactamente sobre los ojos de los que dormíamos en la habitación. Así cerrará con tapasol había una luz en nuestros ojos en la noche

Me encanto la piscina temperada, suele correr mucho viento en Ica, así que tener el agua un poco calientita es súper genial. Me gusto el desayuno, y el hotel es bonito. El baño tiene jacuzzi y es súper grande, si la cama es de 2 plazas o KIng.

No me gusto que las ventanas sean tipo puerta corrediza de madera, ya que se siente todo el sonido de afuera y como la piscina está al medio de todas las habitaciones, muchas veces tienes niños gritando o en la piscina o corredores y bueno, si se escucha. Sería bueno que pongan ventanas de aislamiento. Lo otro es que no hay muchas cocheras, se debe separar y son en paralelo, solo 2 son individuales. De igual forma hay lugar afuera y el barrio se ve seguro.

The beds were comfortable and there was free onsight parking behind secure barriers. There were nice facilities (pool, gym, sauna) that we were not able to take advantage of. The staff spoke great English.

The property was not worth the high cost. While the rooms were comfortable and there were luxury amenities, it seemed like there were a few basic issues with the property that did not meet our expectations, especially at the price point. For starters, there was no buffet breakfast, and we were required to choose our breakfast at the reception the night before. The breakfast was small and did not leave us satisfied. We had hoped that the receptionist would be able to help us identify reliable guides and tourist companies for some of the intersting excursions in the area (Nazca line tour, Ballestas Islands tour, info on Huacachina Oasis, etc.), but they were not able to orient us. We ended up looking online for tour companies. Finally, there was an issue where one of the room had a ton of noise from the two upstairs bedrooms. The three rooms were connected via the bathroom by an open ventilation column that let in ALL noise from the bathrooms in the three units to the othe runits. We shut the bathroom door to cut the noise, but it was still intrusive.

The room is nice, and the facilities are perfect. Staffs are very nice.

It is not very close to the desert or city center and not too much food around the hotel. But the hotel has a restaurant too.

The hotel is really even nicer than on the Pictures.
