Starting with dragan, the owner, who was very helpful with everything. The garden was also great for our baby, so we didn't have to stay inside the house the whole time.

To mention something, it would have been great to have a microwave,but it didn't affect our stay and opinion about the place

Location brilliant , about a mile from the old town but an easy bus stop round the corner , apartment very clean and comfy , host very kind and welcoming with excellent English, very spacious, outside area is small but peaceful and so would highly recommend

I struggled to get the TV to work as it kept saying no signal and or can’t find channel so I had to use my iPad to keep me entertained when I got home in the evening and when cooking their was no microwave , Wi-Fi was also not always reliable

The building is located down quite a long flight of steps-climbing up with the luggage on your way back may turn out quite a challenge - the place not for disabled or handicapped. Cleaning was less than basic-only vaccuming tiled floor is not enough, the mopping would've been welcomed. No shelf or rack in a shower cabin, the satellite tv getting frozen-though, considering that it only offered local channels... No microwave or oven in the kitchenette- only two-burner top stove- however, it was not mentioned in the description that such were included. Guests are to discard their garbage which itself in a place without pretence of being hotel is ok, though you should know the dump area is located up the steps and yet a bit of walking- we wished we'd been told to leave the bags outside of the apartment, for istance, for the hosts to take care of. Not the fault of the host but throughout the stay we were exposed to some noise in the surrounding- some garden or building works etc.

Owner was super friendly, view from the balcony, entrance, wifi, safety of the property. Owner went to find me a parking and eventually gave me his own. Highly recommended to stay away from the busy center for a relaxing night.

I would recommend enhancing the bed it's super stiff.

The apartament is really comfortable. Each room has the AC. The garden is really nice place to relax in the evening. Dragan, our host was really helpful at the check-in. He explained every detail of the location and assisted us on finding the free parking spot (which is a rare thing in Dubrovnik). It is a 25 minutes walk to the Old Town.

It was awesome to stay at Green Park Apt! The yard is bountiful, location is great, Old town is close, Bellevue Beach is in 10 minutes walk. Also special thanks to the host for so hospitable environment and telling more about great places and activities in Dubrovnik.

The flat was spacious and clean. We could park for free on the owner’s parking spot which is a great plus in Dubrovnik. There is a bus (number 4) nearby that takes you directly to the city center. If not you can walk (25min) but it’s up a hill on the way back to the accommodation so quite steep.

We paid little money, 155€ each for 7 days in June for a really nice, clean and well equipped apartment. The price is unbeatable and the owner of the apartment, who lives in the apartment below with his mom is also very nice and puts effort in the well-being of his guests. We had a really nice view from the balcony and there was also some shade from 2pm in the afternoon. The location is perfect, we walked 10 minutes to the beach “Plaza Bellevue” and about 15 mins to Lapad Bay, where you can find a beautiful sunset beach, bars, restaurants and cafes. You get to the old town by foot in 20-25 mins, of course you can also take the bus but we always went by foot because the view on the way is immaculate. We recommend Plaza Bellevue over Lapad Beach because it’s smaller. We would always come back :)

Everything was perfect but it would be nice if there were two or one bigger parasol on the balcony because especially in the morning, when there’s no shade on the balcony, it’s a bit uncomfortable because one out of two always has to sit in the blazing sun. You can try to move the table around but it’s a bit of a hassle.

The location is excellent - Old town is in walking reach and there is free parking nearby. The apartment is well equipped, with two bathrooms and a terrace. Host was very friendly and we have received regularly new linen and towels. Size is OK for a family staying for a week.

Location of the house itself is in a small basin with no wind, so it was very hot and humid in August - AC in necessary during the day and night.

Each room has an air con, very nice and helpful host, nice view on the garden. We enjoed the stay in the apartment on the grand floor.

The hotel is well maintained but very old and it is noticeable that the interior has not been updated for a long time. It was generally clean, but far from perfect: I had to sweep crumbs off the kitchen table and hair from the head of the bed. You will only have 2-3 electrical outlets per room. Fortunately, the owner quickly provided me with an extension cord :) Wi-fi was fine in the hallway and bedroom, which were closer to the center of the building. The signal in the living room was very weak, on the balcony you could forget about it (perhaps not all rooms have this problem). Both of the above factors cause some problems if you plan working on a laptop like me.
