beautiful building in the heart of town in the traditional Tsakonian architecture. the rooms are modern enough but fully respecting the unique historical stone features. nice apivita toiletries in the rooms. very clean. comfortable mattress and lovely bedding. very kind and polite staff.

the breakfast offering was very nice overall but since this hotel is part of the ‘Greek Breakfast’ hotel network I think they should be serving real Greek yogurt not the fake stuff.

Architecture and location are superb. also excellent breakfast.

The breakfast is the best. Just amazing. The building is cool, built in 1809. The location.

The room was tiny! No place to sit. The shower head and door were loose. The cabinet hinge was broken too. It would have been nice to just have a place to eat so that you didn't have to eat in the bed. For the price, I expected an airy domed ceiling. We selected superior double but I'm sure it was just a standard. Not sure how that all works. It just didnt look like the photos.

Fantastic accommodation for our climbing trip. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, hearty breakfast and welcoming staff... all in the midst of town... what more could we ask for?

While showers were good (water pressure, temperature), it was challenging to shower not getting the bathroom completely wet (the screen was too short, and the shower head could not be hanged). The only other thing we missed was a kettle in the room for our evening teas.

The location of the accommodation is very central with supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very nice and clean. However, our bathroom was a bit very small. The beds were very comfortable and did not squeak, which we find very important. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the building is really great.

We had booked a premium double room for two nights. The description says: "This individually designed room offers (...) garden or mountain view." When we arrived, we were shown to a room under the roof that we had not seen in pictures in the description. It was very nice, but unfortunately very dark, as there were only two very small windows right at the floor (see our pictures). Overall, the room thus seemed quite oppressive for my wife despite the size. In addition, the stairs up was very very narrow and steep. Difficult with a heavy suitcase. However, we did not say anything, because we were glad to have finally arrived and stayed only two days.

Lovely place, nice outside garden and terrace

The rooms are a little outdated. The bathroom can have an upgrade, the bed creaks a lot, and we found several small cockroaches in the bathroom. I think the owners have to re-invest to upgrade this wonderful place to a new level.

Such a beautiful hotel, not only our room but the whole hotel. Our room was outstanding with the highest ceiling in a bedroom that we had ever had. Breakfast was also exceptional with a large choice. It was also in a great location close to some great restaurants and in the village centre.

Parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Very understandable in an old section of the town.
