Huge Rooms with Amazing Staff members

The Breakfast Can be much better

Brilliantly located, slightly set back from the busy Anjuna Beach the hotel benefits from great food, service and comfort.

Overall feel of the property was quite amazing. Rooms were superb with huge balcony. Breakfast on pool side was quite a good experience.

The service was great at Casa Anjuna and the building itself is beautiful.

The general vibe is old world charm. The gardens are immaculate and gorgeous. The pool was excellent. The staff were friendly and service was prompt.

When we first arrived the room underwhelmed us but we soon realized that this is not a five star name brand hotel and before long we didn't want it to be. It's perfect as is. We have no moved on to a newer, higher end resort and wish we hadn't left Casa Anjuna.

Heaven on earrth

dirty coffee pots not cleaned for months. not value for money, room provide to me was small with no sitting area as show in the photo, just 2 chairs we put between the bed and wall. service is also slow.

The location is good. It is centrally located.

Breakfast served is a sham. The food is oily with literally no choices being offered. With the price being paid for the room we expected a decent meal but with terribly disappointed with the quality of food. The room phones were non functional and hence it was a task to call them for room services. The pool was dirty and non usable. Casa Arjuna need to buckle up.

its a beautiful property , loved the vibe of the place . well maintained rooms . i love heritage properties so it was a good stay amongst the greens .

the swimming pool was dirty throughout the day. i disnt see anyone cleaning it ever. i took a swim the first day to see a whole lot of creatures floating in the pool. i would suggest a person to attend to this on a regular basis, keeping in mind that it is a open pool. like most of the properties i visit i expected this open pool to be a little more cleaner. second thing off putting was that the rooms are not cleaned after you instruct the rooms to be cleaned. they just make the bed and thats it so the mud the sand remain on the floor . so three days it was the same story. since there is no room slipper provided in the room we have to be bear feet which is not a pleasant feeling and to also get in the bed with the same dirt is filthy . also the coffee table wasnt cleared any of the days.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is very convenient.
