The pool, the room view, cleanliness, breakfast, location. Almost everything!

Just the check in and check out hours restricted our freedom to use the room. The staff were really nice but were not flexible in offering us an extension to check in/out hours.

Terrible reception staff! Rude, unfriendly, very arrogant as well... The bathroom was smelly... Not good protection against virus. There were people coughing hard during breakfast... Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Perfectly located steps from the beach and promenade with fabulous view from the balcony, and our bus stopped right in front of the hotel. But the best part was the hospitality of the afternoon/evening receptionist. She spoke both Spanish and English and was so friendly, fun and helpful—she made us feel so at home and filled us in on best nearby spots for fresh fish, how to get around the area. She is a true gem!!

Late check-in (22-23) functioned as agreed; the room was nice and with a great view; breakfast was very good

No air conditioning - was not a real problem during our stay since the weather was cool, and the window facing the sea could be used for ventilation - nevertheless, it could be an issue during hot weather

Unbeatable views from the balconies. Try to get a room on the upper floor if possible. For a three star hotel I thought it was really good - beach view from the restaurant, the pool area and the room. Breakfast was really good.
