great staff at the front desk, top location is right by downtown and price per night was affordable

parking was difficult, they had to move other cars every time we wanted to leave. There was also no blinds by the window and the entrance door, so light was shining inside. The shower head holder was broken and out of 4 plugs only 2 could charge my cellphone.

The rooms, everthing is old inside, constant noise from other people in hotel.

Osoblje je divno i stvarno se trudi i to je jedina pozitivna stvar ovog hotela.

Nažalost, naš smještaj nije bio ni približno onome što smo rezervisali. Slike na booking.com i sobe uživo nisu ni slične. Čistoća na jako niskom nivou. Paučine i pauka u skoro svakom čošku. Televizor koji je bio u sobi jedva da funkcioniše i toliko zuji da ga je bilo nemoguće ostaviti upaljenog. Sve u svemu veliko razočarenje u odnosu na ono što vidimo na booking.com

The staff was friendly and welcoming

Where do I even start? First, temperatures were over 30 degrees and there was no air conditioning. Also, there was no running water during all day. We asked for a king size bed, but we got two single beds just put next to each other. The liquid soap was mixed and dissolved with water. The window in the bathroom could not be closed and I could hear the loud traffic all night, which kept me awake. There was a spider hanging over my head which indicates that the room was not cleaned.
