Friendly staff, cleanliness of the room and common areas, location.

Nothing to report, but perhaps coffee option in the morning other than Nescafé. The tours offered are on the high end of pricing.

Location was central to all of errands and events.

Daylight light bulbs would be better in the bathroom for makeup application. To compensate I stood by the window and applied buy makeup.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They helped organise taxis and recommended excellent breakfast doubles! The room was spacious, clean and well air conditioned. The location is convenient for the local mall and nearby One Woodbrook Place for bars and restaurants.

The customer service at this location was exceptional. Its a family owned BNB convenient to Port of Spain. The owner Colin is very personable and took the time to really get to know us and even referred us to an amazing driver that took us for a tour on our first full day and found someone to take us for a tour our last day since we had significant delays in the airport. The evening that we arrived it was late and we were so tired. Sean who is the son of the owner actually went out and got us food and brought it to the room for us. Aneka was super responsive from the beginning to end of my trip and super helpful. The whole family are genuinely nice people who exceeded our expectations.

Theres nothing fancy about the outside of the resort and its a bit deceiving because the inside is very nice. There was a kitchen where we could get coffee and tea but i do think it would have been great if there were some breakfast options even if we had to pay a little extra. It would have been nice to wake up to some fruit and pastries or something simple like that. But otherwise no complaints

This place is absolutely amazing and will be my go to everytime I go to Trinidad. Clean, safe, and very cozy. The owner and his family made us feel like family and even took us on a tour of town. Collin Lucas is the absolutely baseline of a business proprietor and everyone else should follow suit.

In a nice location, very comfortable, wonderful staff, close to everything, great transfers, exceptional shower. Our stay could not have been better! Colin and staff were amazing and great people to speak to. They made us feel like we were at home. Would highly recommend!

Small family-run inn with great attention to detail. Staff make you feel part of their family. Clean, up to date facilities. Nice common room with microwave, coffee, tea, etc open 24/7. Staff are a call away 24/7. Centrally located.

Everything was like advertised. Everybody was more than helpful and kind. This is a gem surrounded by rocks in this neighborhood. Great location for shopping and restaurants.

Lovely and very accommodating staff in a well kept, clean and centrally located family run hotel. I will book here again when returning to Port of Spain. Oh, and: each bath has an awesome spa shower. :)
