We had a wonderful stay at Coqui! The property was beautiful with amazing views! It was perfect for a family of 5 with teenagers and 1 college student. The home was very comfortable with many great amenities. We only had problems with getting the washing machine to work and just know the air conditioning in the master bedroom blows directly on your face when you are trying to sleep. But the air conditioning worked well in the master. We had to call about the living room air conditioner and they were prompt to get it cooling again. The pool was refreshing and we loved lounging on the floats while admiring the view. This was also a great location near many delicious restaurants, the visitor center, and beaches. Thank you for sharing this amazing property with us! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family time together.

Coqui is an amazing property. Peaceful, views that go on forever, spectacular sunsets, starlight at night, especially with a full moon. The pool was enjoyable all day long. We were pleased with the entry to the house. The driveway in front of the house is flat with a ramp leading into the front door. Made unloading luggage so easy.

We rented Coqui for 2 weeks, the first with friends, the second with our adult children. Location is great, unbelievable view of the Saint James, STT, STX and beyond. The Villa itself was comfortable and had all the amenities, but was showing its age and was obviously a full time rental. Catered to was fantastic as they have been in our previous rentals, the rental process was flawless, greeter was awesome, and office was very responsive with any of our needs.

This is a beautiful villa with unobstructed views of St Thomas. The property is even better in person as the pictures do not do the justice. We occupied the main bedroom - very bright and with lovely views. The house is super organized and very clean. It has everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The location of this property is amazing. Sitting on a mountain overlooking the lake water. Everything was very clean. Lots of cooking supplies just like a regular home. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were amazing. The absolute only issue I had with the property was that the lighting was very dim at night, even inside the house very dim. I would highly recommend this property and Catered Vacations.

This was our second visit to Coqui, and we loved it.The location and the view cannot be beaten. The Catered to Staff was very helpful and professional. They even stored some personal items for us over the winter! Located close to Cruz Bay and easy access from Greater Cruz Bay Road. Some minor disappointments, which did not take away significantly from our vacation were that the icemaker in the fridge did not work last year or this year. Also, the outdoor grill is unreliable. TV use is complicated, but we were able to watch the Super Bowl, even though our team lost in the final seconds! Overall, a great vacation which we shared with another couple. We plan to come back next year!

I brought my family to this villa for a week stay. It was absolutely as advertised! The views were spectacular. Snorkel equipment, beach towels, and coolers were also included. It was easy to get anywhere on the island from the location. A definite must stay!

The view was spectacular. The location was close to town and easy to access. The kitchen was well stocked and the master suite was very nice. There no place to put away clothes in the downstairs bedrooms. My friends lived out of their suitcases all week. The sliders in the living room needed to be cleaned inside and out. It was very touch to sit in the living room as the sun was going down. Dirty doors and sun don't go well together. All and all the house was nice. Well worth the money spent for a week away on the most beautiful island. Thank you for calling the day after we arrived to make sure all was well. Please don't post this anywhere.

Paradise
This house is absolutely beautiful! There were houses around us, but we couldn't see them through the trees. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location-close to everything. I didn't understand that the two downstairs bedrooms are not accessible through the inside of the house. It is set up kind of like a motel-they just have a door to outside. My kids are older, so it was fine. I felt like they were totally safe, but we just felt a little disconnected. The only thing they did in their rooms was sleep, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, if I had younger children, it wouldn't have worked.

Everything about Coqui is terrific. Location on Mary's Bluff yields great views and crashing surf. Modern Kitchen, well maintained villa. Parking is tight but OK. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds.Fairly dark inside. My only complaint is that the "greeter" no longer helps transport my family or luggage to the car rental location.

Tips: Driving in from Cruz Bay, you will pass 2 grocery stores on the way to Coqui! Either can provide plenty of supplies to get you through the first few days. You'll want to explore some of the restaurants - every place we called was open to carry-out (and most were open for in-person seating, should you want that).
We recommend a Jeep. The island has many steep hills, including the driveway to Coqui!
We are already planning a return trip!

Stressful experience planning vacation which got upended by pandemic. Throughout, Catered To was very professional, responsive and kind. The villa was beautiful with jaw-dropping views which one can never get tired of. Every room had a wonderful view and the pool deck so nice to relax after a swim or for stargazing. Kitchen great to cook in which we made use of every night including the grill. I did have to use bug spray whenever I went out, but I knew mosquitos are a common problem on the island in general, not specific to the property. The laundry room was a little hard to get to but they were excellent machines which we made good use of. There were some AC issues which they took care of promptly. We very much appreciated the owners having snorkel fins which we used, and saved money on rentals. Such a nice touch. Highly recommend this villa and the staff at Catered To.
