My husband and I have leased this home numerous times and have throughly enjoyed each stay. We love that the home is always extremely clean, maintained with a well stocked kitchen. It’s is great having the master bedroom and large master bath on one side of the house, which provides total privacy. If you have guest, the other two bedrooms and two baths are on the other side and can be closed off with a pocket door. We like that we can park our SUV in the garage, along with numerous bicycles that are provided. We enjoy the pool area with the waterfall and mounted television. It is also nice that our friends can pick us up on the boat dock. We will continue to lease this home every year and highly recommend it. Lisa and Hakan are the best and are always there if an issue would arise, which is very unlikely.

This home is everything as advertised in the listing! It was exceptionally clean and had everything you will need to enjoy your time in Marco. The pool was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with any dishes or appliances you would need. Our family loved the home so much they preferred it over being on the beach. You are very close to Tigertail beach so can go to beach very easily for the day or shellling but then come back and use the pool and enjoy the deck. Lisa and Hakan are so nice and friendly. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of with suggestions for the area or to answer any questions. I will definitely bring my family back! Loved our 2 weeks here and in Marco.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The weather was perfect. The house met our needs well. Our family enjoyed the common areas by the pool and in the family room/kitchen. We fished off the dock and caught some fish. The house is well located to do a number of activities in the area. We rode the bikes that were provided to the Tigertail Beach area. Lisa did an excellent job communicating with us before, during, and after the trip. She was a great host. Some bathing suits inadvertently got left in a drawer, and Lisa mailed them back to us without blinking an eye. The rental process worked as we expected with no issues.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home. We have rented many homes in the past, and this one is at the top of the list in all categories. Super clean, amazing view, responsive hosts, fully stocked kitchen, warm pool, and gorgeous décor. I highly recommend this property!

This home is just perfect. We had the best time here and would absolutely return. If you are looking for first class home that is spacious, immaculate, and allows for utter relaxation, this is it. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall in the pool and the views of the sunsets, greet dolphins in the lagoon, or sit on the dock and enjoy a cocktail. Plenty of bikes for a family ride and great sidewalks for your morning walk. Close to all beaches and restaurants. Best spot to enjoy Marco Island. I've rented many homes in the past, and this is at the top of the list.

Wonderful property located in an cul de sac. Excellent location within 1/2 mile of the tiger tail beach and Esplanade restaurants or cook at home with a private, long south west views. Can’t wait to come back to between our cruses.

This property, owner and location are exceptional in every way! This beautifully appointed home is gorgeous with a great layout, high ceilings, a screen enclosed lanai overlooking the pool with a relaxing waterfall and calm waters of the lagoon.

Our stay at this property was excellent for my family with 2 teens. The house is exactly as pictured very well maintained and the perfect location. We were able to walk/bike to both the beach and restaurants. Lisa has the house stocked with anything and everything a guest would need. A huge advantage was the boat dock that we were able to use for our rental boat for the week. Highly recommended and would rent again.

This property was 100% the cleanest and most beautiful we have ever stayed in! The huge ceilings give the house a spacious feel and you immediately see the beautiful pool and water view upon entering. Love that the master suite is separate from the other bedrooms. The kitchen was truly fully stocked which I can attest has never been the case anywhere else we have stayed. Loved loved loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again! Lisa and her husband are so responsive and great to deal with. This is sincerely a 5 star property!

When you request to book the property, you will receive a phone call from the owner. Our conversation reassured me that the property owner was legit and someone who cared about her property. The house is in an upscale neighborhood . It was a quiet street with some construction going on down the road which did not affect us. The first thing you notice upon entering the house is the stunning view of pool and canal behind the house. The master bedroom suite was on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms which was nice for privacy when traveling with others. The guest bedroom facing the canal was very pretty. The garage was well equipped with many of the amenities you would want on vacation. Cable TV was available in every bedroom. When we had an issue with the WiFi, the owner responded very promptly and went above and beyond to come by, troubleshoot, and replace equipment. The house is in an excellent location, with quick and easy access to the main road, stores, restaurants, and beaches.

My family just spent a week at this amazing rental. The check-in process is simple, just plug in the door code and your vacation begins. The house is just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens along with plenty of pool towels. We enjoyed the pool and having the dock for our boat and to fish from. The garage is stocked with more than advertised. We enjoyed using the bikes to cruise around this beautiful neighborhood. There are some homes under construction nearby but that didn't bother us at all. Location for us was perfect. Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores right around the corner. Restaurants on Marco Island and nearby Naples are fantastic. Marco Island is pristine. It is well maintained with lush landscaping throughout the island and beautiful beaches. Police are quite visible and clearly want to keep this island safe so maintain the posted speed limits or you might be ticketed. The owners of this home are extremely helpful. From the booking process to check-out, they wanted us to enjoy the home and island. Any questions were answered within minutes. They live on the island so you know anything that may need attention will be taken care of right away. First class service is their priority and we feel they have achieved it with this property. Stay at this home and you won't be disappointed. Thank you to Lisa and Hakan, we hope to be back!

The property is fantastic and Lisa, the owner, is excellent to work with! She reached out immediately after I inquired about availability. The house is great! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well provisioned, the Wifi reliable (even through a tropical storm), and the pool was very relaxing. We used the bikes provided to ride to Tigertail beach (recommendation: instead of locking the bikes at the area of the concession stand, ride to the end of the parking area to the left of the concession stand and lock the bikes there. It saves 5-10 minutes in the walk to the water). We used the Weber grill a couple times and ate all our meals outside on the lanai. The house is very near the Winn Dixie (larger than Publix) which made running for supplies easy. The house was a good base to explore the island. Lisa provided a list of recommended restaurants, all of which were very good. We've used VRBO for more than a decade for rentals all over the world and this house is consistent with the nicest of the properties where we've stayed! Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, well maintained and the owners are extremely nice. Anytime I texted with a question Lisa was very responsive. The location is not far from anything - We went to Everglade City one day and did an Airboat Tour with Captain Mitch's company and that was amazing - we did see alligators! Then had lunch at Rod and Gun in Everglade City (The blackened grouper sandwich was so good!) We did a Sunset Dinner Cruise with Sunset Tours and that was really nice and the food was so good! The margaritas at Nacho Mama's (and food) are exceptional! If you are headed to Marco Island for a getaway you won't go wrong selecting this property and these owners!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property is clean, in great condition, and as impressive in person as shown in the photos. Lisa was great to work with and very responsive before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this property and location.

My husband and I rent a beach house in FL every year and this year's choice in Marco Island was the best so far. The home was clean and the owner (Lisa) was always available to answer any questions we had. The property was very clean and the sunsets were amazing from the back lanai. Gorgeous and pristine home! We absolutely loved our stay and were so sad to leave. This home has it all! We loved the open floor plan, private pool, dock for the boat and easy access to many restaurants abs shops by boat or by car! What a lovely home and absolutely perfect hosts! Thank you again! My husband and I spent two weeks here over Easter break. Two of our kids joined us...ages 16 and 21. We wanted a nice house, with a pool, to escape covid and Michigan weather! This house was absolutely perfect; extremely clean, perfect location, and had absolutely everything one would need for a great stay. We woke up every morning and had coffee overlooking the canal. It was extremely peaceful. We either rode bikes (supplied by the owner) to the beach every morning (locked the bikes up...there are bike stands all over the island) and walked the beach or walked around and looked at all the beautiful houses on the surrounding streets. We usually spent the afternoon by the pool, which is very clean, kept at a perfect temp, bigger than most Florida home pools and had great afternoon sun. I fell asleep in the sun into the pool waterfall many afternoons! There is a retractable awning for those who wanted to stay out of the sun. The pool are has nice patio furniture and even an outdoor TV (which was great since March madness was going on during our stay!) The house has a great layout to it. The kitchen was very well stocked. We ate in and cooked half the time and went out the other half of the time. There are many restaurants that you can even walk to if you don’t want to drive. Fifth Avenue in Naples is about 25 minute drive. (We highly recommend doing the chef‘s tasting at Sails on Fifth… super yummy, but pricey! ) The house also comes with beach umbrellas, beach chairs and a great wagon to haul of the stuff to the beach. When we did go to the beach, we drove to the south end public access and parked for $8 and unloaded everything into the wagon. The beach is about 100 yards from the public parking lot...easy walk. Important to us was reliable WiFi. My husband did do some work while there and I had 2 kiddos in virtual class some of the time. No issues at all even with everyone logged in, which was a relief! Lisa, the owner, is great to work with! We have rented many places all over the world, and I have to say, her communication regarding the rental was probably the best we have ever had! Always available to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place or any place that Lisa and her husband owns, and at some point, we would love to come back!

In this time of pandemic and snow in our hometown of Manhattan, spending the month of February in this house was the best thing we could have done! A 5 star experience in every way.

"I visited Marco for the first time in January and stayed with a couple of friends in this beautiful and well-appointed island villa. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and immediately plugged in. Every space was perfect and well decorated, making us very comfortable during our stay. The pool was a nice size and temperature, and the lanai was very enjoyable providing a nice place to relax and enjoy some meals overlooking the lagoon. The bikes were a hit, and it was just a short ride to Tigertail Beach which was quite beautiful. It provided the backdrop for most of our walks, and resort stops along the way. Lisa was a pleasure to speak with and was very responsive whenever a question arose. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again!"

The house is in excellent condition. Absolutely accurate description. It had everything we needed...bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The house was in a great location. Quick walk to tigertail beach. Lisa was a wonderful host. Everything was in order and whole process was easy. Would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this gorgeous waterfront home. It was beautifully furnished, well maintained and equipped. We loved lounging by the pool and watching the fabulous sunsets. The Dolphin Explorer cruise from Rose Marina (5 minutes away) was awesome. Lisa and Hakan were gracious and responsive hosts. We highly recommend this home. It sets such a high standard that wherever we travel in the future other vacation homes simpy can't compare.

Clean, spacious, nicely-maintained villa with everything you need. Close to the beach. In a very nice neighborhood. Right on the water (we rented both kayaks and a boat). Came with bikes and beach gear. Very responsive hosts. Great stay, and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cameo Court. It’s very close to everything you need while in Marco. We have rented several homes on the island and this is one of the nicest. Property owners were readily available to answer any questions and assist with any needs we had. We rented a boat from the marina while we were there and were able to use the lift with a refundable security deposit. Haken came over with the lift key and instructions. Very nice people and property!

We recently spent a week at Lisa's home and it was amazing! The pool is perfect. The kids enjoyed hours of enjoyment. We rented paddle boards and kayaks and loved going out off the dock. Lisa and her husband were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. They even brought over a smaller bike so my younger son could join us in family bike rides to the nearby beach (kids loved this) and getting ice cream at the nearby Esplanade mall. The house is in a lovely neighborhood (neighbors were very nice), close to everything. The home is beautiful with amazing views of the water and just a short walk or bike ride from many attractions. Would highly recommend and hope to return very soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. We will have long lasting memories of our time in Marco Island!

The property was just as described! The house was very clean, with all the amenities needed for beach play, pool, and cooking. We used the bicycles to explore the area and go for ice cream. The beach chairs were perfect for our trip to the beach. Lisa has thought of everything to prepare her guests for a wonderful stay!

We had a really relaxing time - the location is perfect and the view from the pool is beautiful and relaxing. We had a few issues but Lisa is a perfect host and everything sorted straight away. We will be coming again for sure.

We had a fantastic week ( 4/6-4/13/2019) at your absolutely stunning home. Great location for access to all of Marco Island. Attention to detail was outstanding and any minor issues we had were taken care of immediately by Hakan and Lisa. The 6 “ Northerners” enjoyed a fabulous week soaking up the warm Florida sunshine while relaxing poolside or taking in one of Marco’s great beaches. Your lovely home was absolutely perfect and our only regret was that the week flew by!!!! We will definitely rent this magnificent home again.
