very stylish, good aircon, very central, lovely town

Saturday night disco on the street until midnight, it was noisy ( rest of the time fine!) Host had to be called on the phone - would be Nice to send entrance details in Advance.

Stayed over week with my wife and daughter and have absolutely great time here. Free parking and easy access to Siena,Cortona and Arezzo make the Suite La Gioconda an ideal base for exploring area of Tuscany. Comfortable, spacious room ( coffe/tea maker and fridge),beautiful fireplace and antique desk with chair, together with a functional bathroom with strong pressure of cold and hot water. Wifi worked very well. Hope, we can come back next year!

Everything was just perfect!

The location was amazing, right in the old castle. The room was so comfortable and quiet and cold (A/C works great) just like we love it. The bed and pillows were the most confortable! Everything was there that we needed. It was perfect.

A beautiful stay in the heart of the town. The place takes you back to another time. A very comfortable room with a comfortable bed. I was kindly welcomed by the host, who provided me with good tips for restaurants and things to see :) highly recommended!

The room is amazing : super well placed in the center, it is furnished beautifully, in a an ancient house, it is super large. Everything was working perfectly, with an easy self check-in. The owner is friendly and full of advice to visit and eat in the area.

The street can be noisy in the evening and morning. Otherwise all is perfect.

Location is ok.

When we arrived there was no one to meet us, just a buzzer on a wall that no one answered. A phone call wasn't answered, but eventually the friendly daughter of the owner arrived to let us in. The hotel is really an old apartment with no staff. There is no housekeeping, even when we stayed 4 days. No one replaces anything or checks in at all. All of the mentioned amenities are really at some other place they can recommend. Something like a Google search. The bed is horrible and has a huge divot in the middle.

We loved the atmosphere of the old town, the romantic room and the countryside. Lots of bar and restaurants with great wine and traditional tuscan food around. There was a swimmingpool in the valley with great view of the city on the hill, where you can chill on the hot days. The owner is a real gentleman, he will help you in case of any question. Thanks for everything! I absolutely recommend :) I hope we can return.
