The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. Black molds on the wall and it smells bad. The house is a bit old so not sound-proof - you hear everything.

Very nice and helpful host. The house has nice garden and surroundings. In general there is a nice atmosphere to the house. It is rather close to the central area. Generally, it is well equipped.

You will hear the other guests very good when they go to the toilet, leave their room, etc. The bath/toilet could be a bit cleaner for my taste.

Just about the most affordable place in Arhus at the time I was visiting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a bit out of the way, and the breakfast is quite expensive even by Danish standards (didn't bother with this).

We have'nt booked breakfast. Everything was neatly taken care of. The guesthouse was in a quiet area. Our car could be parked nearby for free. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We were given free bicycles to use. The city bus 18 and the Letbanen to the center stopped nearby. We will come back here if we are in Aarhus.

The accommodation, although a bit dated, was good and located in a quiet and cosy neighbourhood just four S-Bahn stops from the city centre. However, it is also very easy to reach by car and free parking is available right in front of the flat. Our host was very nice and polite and although we arrived late in the evening, he took the time to explain the area and the most important places (restaurants, shopping, etc.) to us.

The host was exceptionally helpful, assisting with both finding an auto repair shop and an emergency repair.

Excellent location for my purposes, cozy room. Convenient mini-fridge in the room as well! Also of note was the incredibly comfy garden right outside the property

Shower curtains were spotted with what seemed to be either paint of some sort or mould, otherwise nothing else to note; barely noticeable

Absolutely loved the view from my room and the quietness in the area. All of this while being close to the city center and easy to access. I also appreciated the apple tree and the garden in front of the house.

The finishing in my room wasn't the best, but it was much better than what I was expecting. The floor is also creaky and it is hard to move without waking others, especially at night.

The floors are all tile and very hard on the feet. Bathroom had some odd angles to work in

Very good owner, hospitable, friendly, helpful, told everything, showed everything, in general we were very satisfied. I recommend to everyone.

The location is great, right close to Letbanen, the house is well-equipped and the hostess very friendly.

As I'm an employee of AU, primarily at Nobelparken, it's a very excellent location which I'm going to recommand to my colleagues from Copenhagen, needing accomodation.

No ideas

Came with a group to stay at a conference for one day so we booked the whole house for a weekend. We were all able to share the house - was great to have the common rooms available for breakfast and for gathering the group. The style is kitch but the bedding is nice and updated so we loved it! Definitely preferable to a hotel in our case!

It was mostly just very nice, super nice check-in with the owner! Its a slightly older house so the standard isnt the highest but then again the price is fair so no complaints!

We enjoyed the comfortable beds. The host is very nice. Lots of room to relax in the shared spaces.

The property was very close to the Letbanen, which goes to both the University and the City Centre very quickly every 7 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The owner was an excellent host. The apartment was better than expected. I requested the use of a bicycle and everything was as promised. Fabulous stay, highly recommend

Kaveh's helpfulness and sheer dedication to his guests' comfort and the house's cleanliness. Highly appreciated were the bikes that guests can avail of, notwithstanding the close proximity of Aarhus University.

High price, 90 euros for a small room. But that seems to apply to all apartments in the city sadly.
