Poor clean - toys lying around in lounge, used sticky plaster in shower, lipstick on main shower wall. No teabags or milk. No toiletries.

Maintenance of building and lack of bowls plates cutlery cooking equipment

Loved the location and was super close to everything. Cellar door and restaurant were fantastic. Hosts were amazing and very helpful.

Cottage was a little outdated for the price. I was expecting nicer linen, soaps, towels and even condiments in the kitchen. Sugar in cupboard was ripped open and spilt. Mop, bucket and cleaning products on display in kitchen wasn’t a great look. Bin didn’t have a lid. Cottage has a huge potential to be a really nice luxury place to stay. Just add nicer decor to fill the space. The gardens outside the cottage also need tidying. Plants dying and overgrown.

Location was amazing, the staff were friendly and the wine was lovely The house is HUGE, with well sized, well heated bedrooms (we went in the cold of July) It was very quiet and relaxing and close to everything we needed The fireplace was awesome - we took extra wood as it was cold

There were a couple of things that need to be maintained a little - the shower in main room leaks from back lower coner near wall, which made the mat wet and may cause damage down the line? there are gaps in between a lot of the windows - which is not an issue, I get they are not sliders, but the heat from the amazing fire is lost quickly, and maybe a door between lounge and kitchen - to keep the heat of the fire in that area :) But we still loved it :)

They were very responsive when I had questions, and the house was great!

Honestly, these houses were more than I imagined they'd be. We were staying for my wedding and the two houses were so lovely, clean, and beautiful. The staff were so lovely to deal with as well and all instructions were very clear and sent via email when we were supposed to check in and check out and it all was very easy.

Location was amazing and the accommodation was exceptional. Proximity to everything was great although we didn't really need to leave the property

There was no firwood for a fire. and it was a pity that the winery wasn't open a few more days as we didn't get a chance to come over and have a meal and taste some wine.
