Absolutely magnificent view. Really don’t think you can get better!! Gorgeous cave room. A perfext location just a 10-15min walk into town.

If you are considering visiting Santorini, stay in this hotel. Me and my partner had the most amazing week here. We arrived very late (11pm), and despite the reception being closed at that time, a member of staff waited for our arrival, came up to the taxi to help with our luggage, and greeted us with champagne on arrival, we knew from this moment our week would be outstanding. Firstly the view is to die for, and we never got over seeing it everyday whilst eating breakfast and sitting round the pool. I would defiantly recommend our room which was the senses suite, as it was on pool level alongside the bebe suite. The other 3 rooms are either upstairs or downstairs, therefore their sun-beds are not situated poolside. However ours were, and it was amazing to open the door of our room straight out to the pool. The room was amazing, with a cave style interior which emphasised the 'Santorini vibe' we were hoping to feel. Breakfast is 10/10, you get to decide what you want and when you want it the night before, and there is so much to choose from. There was only 3 staff members working throughout the duration of our stay and they were each so lovely and helpful. Our room was cleaned, towels changed, and bottled water re-filled every single day, and staff were very approachable and gave us great advice. The location of the hotel is perfect, a 2 minute walk to the closest shops and restaurants, and 15 Mins walk into the capital of the island. I cannot recommend this place enough, and would urge anyone to stay here.

The hotel was perfect, but if i had to be picky i would say having a staff member all day in the reception room would be helpful, as there is only someone present 8-2, and then 6-8. This is totally understandable as only 5 rooms in the hotel obviously means there isn't much to do through the day. However there was times when we would have liked a taxi to be called for example and there was nobody there. Also on our day of departure we had a very late flight (12pm) however because the reception closes at 8, we had to be back for our cases, it would have been perfect if we could have collected our luggage a couple of hours later had there have been someone still on site. However this is very minor and wouldn't at all impact my decision on staying here again.

We received custom made breakfast each morning, which was fantastic! The views were unbelievable and the staff was extremely friendly.

The only issue we had was that no one was there when we arrived to check in. However, after sending a message on Booking.com, I received a call and someone showed up to check us in.

All great, the suite was perfectly located with a shared pool not crowded and perfect to enjoy the wonderful view. Restaurant, markets, are really close to this apartment. Staff incredibly gentle.

If you’re comparing hotels in Fira and Oia, please choose it in Fira - in my opinion the better view and the better location (middle of the island). Alta Vista Suites is perfectly located, with such an exclusive view. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Had the heart suite, in my opinion the best option of the 5 rooms. Staff organized a pickup from the port, which is a great option to have, if you want to avoid a crowd party :) Teak some breathtaking pictures!!

Tried to call the hotel several times, no one picked up. Reason therefore is that there is no one in the hotel between 1400 and 1800 :) The hotel is not the newest anymore - don’t get fooled by the pictures. The hotel room (heart suite) in need of renovation (rust in bathroom, broken lights) Simple furnishing (everything in white)
