The assistance and warm welcome offered by Reception and hospitality team. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during our stay and the restaurant team presented a desert of tiramisu plus lit candle as a special surprise. Thank you so much🙏 The reception team had organised a private taxi for pick up and departure to Verona airport by negotiation with us at the time of booking our holiday. The taxi firm was very professional with new vehicles and friendly drivers. Our arrival flight had been delayed and we were anxious that the taxi would have left by the time we landed, but the flight had been tracked by our driver and despite the delay he was very welcoming and professional.

The formal reception area is very attractive but was utilised by Group bookings, presumably for info and welcome. Possible alternative would be the lounge for such briefings. It seemed to be under utilised, with only my husband and I sitting in it during the whole week of our stay. May I also suggest, more attractive soft lighting in this area to make it more welcoming. The seating was very comfortable but it could be made a little more attractive with minimal attention.

Waiters English should be better and should put more time to explain the menu for non Italian tourists

Pool & jacuzzi, comfy rooms, most of staff are friendly.

There are stairs in the floors, which does not make it easy for buggies/wheel chair. Restaurant of the hotel is terrible!

Hotel staff, room size, amenities and furniture, breakfast - everything was as perfect as expected.

The rooms were a little basic!

Location is good with many nice restaurants nearby. Very clean. Quiet at night and no disturbances. Great pool complex. Comfortable room. Good aircon.

Very limited number of power points. Couldn’t charge phone next to bed. Only used restaurant once as a limited menu.

the place is so quiet and good, excellent breakfast, excellent pool, staff in the restaurant was so nice, really good noise insulation in the whole hotel

we arrived in 40 min earlier and were waiting our room in the sofa without any water in 36 degree

it was very clean & tidy. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bar prices were reasonable

When we arrived we were given a list of “do’s and dont’s” about the pool area None of which were adhered to. I also didn’t like the pool not being opened until 9.30am
