There is no dishwashing soap, the sink in the bathroom was leaky

Very near an excellent beach, but far enough from late night noise. Easy to get to - Nr 60 bus from the airport to Santa Catalina and then 10 minutes walk. This place is inexpensive, and furnishings are spartan but comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Dino supermarket around the corner and plenty of lively restaurants and bars in close proximity. We had a fabulous stay and I would go back. If, like me, you view a hotel as a place to wash & sleep between day & night holidaying, then this place is ideal. Room has a safe - but you must ask for the key.

Everything was satisfactory - no complaints. There isn't breakfast at the hotel (they will fetch it for you if you want) but with so many coffee shops and snack bars in the vicinity you don't need it.

Excellent location, just a few steps away from the top of Las Canteras beach - promenade full of bars and spectacular views. Quick check-in. Clean, nice apartment. Variety of local bars, shops, supermarkets in the neighborhood. Very friendly and courteous staff at the reception.

The window opened to a covered inner court, so fresh air could hardly come into the room when opening the window.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean and is very centrally located to beach restaurants and bars, The purpose of my trip was to visit a critically ill family member in hospital which meant my schedule changed at short notice, The staff were very accommodating and flexible towards my needs which was very much appreciated.
