Large and cosy rooms, tasty breakfast.

Very noisy in the afternoon, and sometimes at night. The floor tiles with wide joints, coupled with poorly insulated doors means you hear almost everything, as there's nothing to absorb the sound. This includes personnel 'screaming' at each other, or pushing carts of cava in buckets with ice, or even carts with bedding - if you need to get a noon nap with your small kid, forget about it. Neighbors from above can also be noisy at night by simply walking fast.

Rooms were excellent and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the children adored it all. Location was ideal re parking, access to the lifts and so nice to be in a proper town not just a ski resort.

Great location, close to the cabin lift. Very friendly staff. You can find everything you need in the hotel during your stay. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Staff really helpful. Excellent equipment storage room although they need to fix the door access as room cards were not working, so regularly had to bother staff to be let in. Fantastic that we got free use of the public swimming pool across the road.

Check-in was late by ~1 hr (and we had had a long journey so this was a little annoying), but staff were really pleasant, and explained they had had a large number of guests check-in / out that day (50 No. rooms). They did the best they could. However, room / bathroom didn't feel particularly clean and someone else's rubbish (slippers & water bottle) were still under the bed. It appeared that the room had been prepared in a rush. This didn't bother my daughter and I too much, but if my wife had been staying there she would have been digusted.

That was our 3rd trip to Andorra and we stayed for over 10 nights in Ski Plaza this time. Good check-in, staff is very friendly and attentive, rooms are very spacious. Good breakfast and dinner. A cozy area w/fireplace to relax. Good location: it takes 10 minutes to walk up to the cabin lift, 1 minute to bus stops, 30 minutes to get to Andorra La Vella by bus and 40 minutes to Pal/Arinsal/Ordino by Taxi (the cost is 20-25 EUR). A free pass to Palau De Gel (gym, swimming pool and ice skating in 2 minutes from the hotel) is given upon arrival.

Poor Wi-Fi speed - it does not run YouTube on 720p at times. Dinner starts a bit too late at 8pm. We got twin beds through were asking for a double. Rooms are no soundproof enough and you can hear your neighbours. No coffee machine in the rooms. The rooms are cleaned daily but the dust accumulates if you're staying more than 4-5 nights you start noticing it everywhere. If you're there for skiing there is not much more to ask for, however the Canillo sector in Grandvalira is frequently closed if there are winds up in the alpine zone and you are left with two green slopes to ski or have to take an overloaded bus to El Tarter sector.
