breakfast and the dining room has improved since my last visit. A ;ittle upset at the scramble by staff at breakfast to insist customers keep to one side of room ( In fact be told to MOVE!) so they can prepare tables for lunch as they are vacated) The cafe /bar area adjacent to dining room was much better than my last visit. In general the whole hotel seems to have improved since my last visit and is now more like the 4* it should be.

Staff training at breakfast to ensure customers are politely asked, if necessary, to keep to certain tables. Ordering paying quests to certain areas of a dining room is not a 4* friendly!

The hotel was in a good location. Lots of restaurants, bus station, sea was close but we found cockroaches twice in the room & my children were scared. My nephew & niece came back with covid

Shouldn’t have to ask to clean rooms. The pressure of the water in the bathroom was very low! If you put the ceiling fan on full speed it felt like it was going to break free from the ceiling!

The location is great

I was expecting little bit more after 2 years of lockdown, the staff was confused, not friendly at all. Breakfast was everyday the same, just toasts, more sweet than salty which I do not prefer. The room was dirty, stains on towels and bedsheets, the curtains smell like they have not been washed since purchase. The fridge was leaking so we had consantly wet floor. For the money I do not recommend this hotel. Wish I booked an Airbnb instead.

The size of room was ok and i enjoyed balkony where I could dry washed clothes beach towels. I like that it had refrigirator. Ps. the pictures were after housecleaning lady “switched sheets” and “cleaned toilet”

The airconditioner was alot older then me and really loud, sheets and towels were not changed when we arrived and when confronted with staff they said they only change it every 3days (which is completelly ok but not when the guest change?? after that I had to have an argument with housecleaning lady, because she only wanted to switch my pillow case since that was only piece with visible stains). Receptionist Rita and manager Marko were horrible behaviour not helpful at all and really disrespectfull. The toilet was not cleaned and the toilet seat was broken, and when you flush water would always splash on the toilet seat, and it was impossible to sleep because my front neighbours were coming in the room in the middle of the night. They werent even noisy just the biping sound of opened doors was so loud that alot of times I woke up confused that somebody intered our room intering next room (doors closing) sounded like they are litterally in my room. For breakfast at first it looked like alot of choices but after we discovered full of eggshells in our eggs we were really turned off eating there, specially when we saw how poor the higiene was. Under the mattres we found condom wraps. The mattreses were dirty and uncomfortable and really old (more than 25years for sure) and covers were full of tares and holes. In the bathroom there was water leaking, we almost never got enough towels (only one big and one small for us two) and we were scared we would be out of toilet paper since we missed housecleaninglady twice and she or he didn’t refill it on her own, I wouldent suggest using their bathsoap also, it was mixed with water so much that it didn’t ladder at all and the dispenser looked rusty and mouldy. The walls shoild be repainted and one day before we left there was a guy who come in there and wanted to spray something on the floor but he said he will do that later. Im pregnant so I felt scared if he would be spraying harsh chemicals since he looked like exterminator.

The staff was very helpful and even more so friendly! The room had pretty cozy furniture and enough electrical sockets for everything!

the services are very little and you have to pay for them (though it helps the price stay low to check in, so I cannot complain too much), and how small the rooms were, the double bed for example was almost half the room, and it made it very difficult to navigate from one side of the room to the other while making the room itself feel a little awkward!

The staff was pretty helpful and the hotel is in reach of restaurants, shops etc.

The breakfast was proper garbage, sorry (cucumbers were already rotting, egg was tasteless and had a very weird consistency&smell, they serve water that smells like chlorine etc.). Also found some cockroaches (both dead and alive) in our rooms, the walls were moldy and the ceiling fan in our friends room was more broken than intact.

Good location, good price, nice staff, perfect wifi connection, changing of towels every day.

Rooms needs some update but for travelers they dont need luxury style, its fine. For breakfast should be more choice of fruits and pastry, is every day the same breakfast.

The hotel was dated and dirty. The receptionist was rude to guests and staff. The room was basic and unmaintained. Mattress was uncomfortable. Had to pay deposit for tv remote and pay extra for tea/coffee. Didn't even stay for breakfast.

Good location, ideal for bus station. Bus from airport to Buggiba was 2Euros

So much better when they opened up extra room for breakfast. Indoor cool pool was good but not cleaned regularly. No phone in area if there was a problem. Could do with a barrier around the entrance to pool for safety reasons and life saving equipment was opposite side of pool , so would take longer to get to, if there was an emergency. Tes TV in room but only 2 news channels available. Very disappointing.
