Friendly staff, good little shop, fun pools

Location good, facilities good, staff very helpful and friendly.

The shop better / more options for fresh bread / pastries and fruit. Also not advised the indoor pool would be closed for our visit.

The weather.

Overall we had a great time but it's very dated and tired. Lots of issues re drainage including leakages after every shower.

The price was quite good for this localization. Please do not expect too much nevertheless for this price. The bungalows are quite old and you see that the facility has not been renovated for a long time. The furnishings are very old, and our refrigerator had a problem and flooded the room when we first opened it (nobody checked it before). The sleeping room on the other side was a little better, the mattress and beds were very comfortable. In general, the apartment is equipped with basic utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc.) but compared to other flats in Lanzarote still too simple. We did not use any attractions like a swimming pool, then we can not evaluate.

The biggest problem was the internet, no WiFi at all, throughout our stay. We contacted the reception, but there was nothing they could do. The situation is not understandable, because the internet provider is located on the other side of the island and you can not do anything from there. The internet was only available at the reception. For those who have to work or make calls, this is the biggest problem. Very disappointing and no solutions were provided (you can see that many previous guests since years have had the same problem and in 2023 nothing was solved).

Indoor pool but only open from 14.00 until 18.00 and Playa Blanca. Staff at reception and Alex is a funny guy.

Cleanliness, comfort and the complex is in need of refurbishment. We had no clean towels for days and bedding sheets was changed once in 17 days stay, I did wish to speak to the manager but avoided calling me for a constructive conversation. The cleaners did put up the dirty towels to dry and give us some pool towels at reception for the bathroom. Absolutely disgusted with the hygiene. Me and my wife shared what towels we had after showering or used our hairdryer. The gym had a great space but all equipment did not work or outdated so went to the gym in central Playa Blance which is 20 euro for 1 week. The sun beds we either broken or dirty and could not use until 10.00 am. Internet does not work.

Great value for money (we went for half board option). Good facilities in the property including play ground, tennis court, astro pitch, table tennis, indoor and outdoor pool, gym. There was good entertainment for all ages. Staff was very helpfull. There is a shop on the property, well stocked and competitively priced. Apartments are very clean but they could do with a bit of TLC

Not much entertainment And would be better if all inclusive was available.

Staff and facilities were excellent, and food in the restaurant was great. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Great shop on site, saves carrying heavy items ie water from the town. Also fresh rolls each morning. Comfy bed, good shower, good maid service. Pleasant environment. Big terrace and we had views of the pools. We were self catering so can’t comment on food. Adequate cooking utensils, plates etc. Didn’t use the entertainment or pools. Bus stop on side road but it is last stop before the bus station so better walking. 10 -15 minute walk to the front depending on your speed. Taxi prices very reasonable from the town or marina.

Interior of apartment needs a bit of an update. Cooker controls worn so couldn’t set temperature. No instructions for microwave. Might have been a microwave/oven but no idea.

Bed was comfortable, staff very helpful.

The fridge had not been defrosted for weeks, so we had to do it when we arrived, no door on the icebox either.

I loved the layout of the property it was always kept clean the pools were fab. The apartments were very clean and the staff everywhere were very nice and obliging. The perfect distance from the promenade and amenities 10 minutes!!

The property has everything you need and a bit more. Its just 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants. Heated swimming pools are the must have during the winter, they also offer good gym and great sauna and spa. Its a very quiet place, might be not for young people but perfect for those who need some good rest. The restaurant is very good, I'd not go for a half/full board as there are so may interesting places to eat around, but we were very happy to go there few times. There is a shop inside (fair prices), which is very handy. Clean. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it!

Ok, its fair 3 stars and not new. Everything is a bit off. If you are choosy, this place is not for you. Be ready to play pool with unbalanced pockets using awful cues. And it would be nice if the gym opens earlier, 10 am is a way too late!

Great location, a 10 minute walk to the seafront. The apartment itself was very nice. The pool area was great too. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

There is no WIFI in the rooms. The cleaning staff would not knock before entering and would just go ahead and open the door. We had to leave our key in the lock to stop this from happening.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation, pool looked nice.

The standard of the room was very run down, paint off the walls, exposed filler etc, pans in the kitchen were all burnt, No bowls and no plug to plug in the kettle or toaster near the kitchen so you had to use the bathroom! Not a problem to those who don’t need to do any catering but not good if you have to make snacks for children.

beds not changed regularly no information about night life on the complex concert room furniture really let the place down. shame pool bar didn’t serve food last year we were there it did and was lovely Our room could of done with brush and shovel for our use and couldn’t understand why they was only one English Channel on tv need smart tv
