The staff were all very welcoming , professional and friendly. The bedroom was lovely. The breakfast was delicious, beautiful setting, again great service. The golf course was in perfect condition and the staff there were also very helpful and charming.

The fact that you were fully booked and we couldn’t stay longer!

Everything about this place is serene and the staff are exceptional. The beach club is immaculate and food is delicious. Unforunately I dd not try the other 3 main restaurants on my stay but the bar food was very good. Room service was too the point and extremely fast. Bathrooms clean well lit and spacious. An ultimate lap of luxury hideaway.

Unfortunately there is a need for more sockets in the rooms to recharge devices. This is is really where the hotel falls apart. It's frankly irritating not to have that at this 5 star rating. I would also suggest that the hotel changes its luggage tags from the ultra stick and impossible to remove tags to plain old cardboard and rubber band. Small things I know, but at this kind of pricing we can strive for perfection.

It’s exceptional from entering the hotel grounds to every single part of our stay. We actually extended our stay. The staff are the best in the world. The food/wine and ambience top class. The facilities spa/pools were the best we have ever experienced. The Golf Course, well!!, It’s absolutely magnificent. It’s a wonderful experience to play. The evening music was really outstanding from a Portuguese Group. Well done to Finca and all the staff, especially Nacho, Carla and the sommelier. Finca are very lucky to have these wonderful beautiful people represent the resort.

The setting is beautiful. Breakfast selection is fabulous. Rooms are large and luxurious. Staff professional and attentive.

Chic interior design, extraordinary landscaping, engaging staff, superb facilities. This is an exceptional hotel.

Music in the evenings — poor covers and a little like airport lounge music. Can’t please all tastes but this was a detractor — Spanish music, jazz or even classical would be fine if there’s a desire to cater to all demographics

Very spacious, three restaurants (local, Italian and Japanese fusion) with live music, golf course, spa, indoor & outdoor pools, paddle courts, tennis… great for families.

Families with young children, watch the pool access time slots.

5 star experience and extremely pleasant and helpfull staff

Everything was amazing

The only less positive thing was that our remote control for the tv in the living room wasn’t working and we noticed the batteries were old. we just used the other remote so it was really no big deal

5 star comfort and environment in a great location away from the more crowded resorts. Rooms exceptional. Great spa. Welcome drink appreciated. Enjoyed the live music in the evening.

Going out of season meant a limited on site restaurant choice. A few of the little touches we’ve seen in similar hotels missing. No tea making in the room, only coffee. Omelettes and making generally standard breakfast items chargeable rather than included.
