We did not stay at the property, so disappointed on arrival the entire property was old and very tired, we asked for a full refund and moved to another hotel
The Villa was awful smelt of tobacco smoke, had mould on the lamp shades the mosquito net was creased and a dirty shade of white the kitchen cabinet doors would not close paint peeling off the walls, I could go on but not enough space

Wij kregen een enorm warm welkom van de crew. Ze zijn zeer behulpzaam en horen graag je verhaal aan. Mijn man was niet lekker geworden en de crew hielp waar nodig, wat erg vertrouwd voelde wanneer je zo ver van huis bent. Het ontbijt was prima en ruime keuze voor het verblijf van 5 dagen. De villa was zeer ruim binnen en buiten, voldoende voor een stel om te kunnen verplaatsen.

Outstanding customer service. Best we have experienced anywhere. Genuine can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like we were the only guests staying at the villas. Excellent breakfast and lunches served in our villa. Appreciated the friendly shuttle (private car) service (thanks Agung) to the airport and in the local area. Well maintained villa and extremely clean. Friendly and welcoming staff without exception. Quiet residential area with rice padi's. Would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet retreat only 5 minutes from the Seminyak tourist area and beach.

只能说，在各种有私人泳池的住宿里面，这家应该算是性价比比较高的了。
首先，一共就住了一天晚上，结果热水用不了，前台先折腾了半天，让放10～15分钟水，说是热水来的慢，然后放了大概半个小时还是凉的。再次打电话，前台说安排另外一间空的房间，结果那个空的房间一点也不好看（有一堵非常高非常大的灰色墙，极丑），然后我们说我们还是想住原来的房间，于是就安排我们在另一个房间使用热水洗澡，回原来的房间过夜。这样操作的结果就是，没法泡澡了（因为用来“洗澡”的房间和“住”的房间离得挺远）。当天晚上大概折腾了一个半小时，终于洗完了，我们认为带来了麻烦和时间上的损失，要求一些补偿，被拒绝。酒店的逻辑是，不管造不造成麻烦，反正我给你提供洗澡的地方了，所以你没有损失，挺无语。
还有就是晚上有很多奇怪的叫声，早上5-6点有鸡叫，不带耳塞必被叫醒。

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean, private, well situated and extremely relaxing. All the staff were incredibly accommodating, we must highlight how helpful Agung was in particular!

Very friendly and helpful receptionist.
The villa is amazing, not very close to the main points but it was a quiet place and very nice to have your own pool. We loved and highly recommend. Reception staff was excellent on his service.

All is great from arriving to departure. It would be perfect if the hairdryer can be upgraded to at least a mid-size for long haired ladies. Staffs are wonderful and always smiling. You can chill in the common area outside your private villa. If you don’t feel like going out, you can order food from the villa kitchen or you can order from Grab. Villa even provide us free shuttle to airport and our driver Agung was very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a nice and quiet area.

We could not order room service as our phone stopped working.
We asked to please fix it, and never heard anything back regarding it.
Aircon was turned off when we popped out to the shops for a short period, so when we returned bedroom was really hot.
A fan would be beneficial as the aircon doesn't reach the bed and goes in the direction of bathroom doors, so at times the room was very hot!

The property is really amazing . You have your own privacy there is no one to bother you. The staff are so helpful and good and polite. The hotel offer free airport pick up and drop off. Very good atmosphere and neat and clean villas.
No iron box, mirror is a bit old and lighting around mirror is not enough

The hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and I was well looked after. Breakfast was amazing and the grounds were beautifully well kept. I echo the sentiments of the stray dogs that can bark when you are walking and normally I am not scared of dogs, but even I was off kilter and elected for a local Uber (so cheap though). A darling little find and super cheap given it was a huge room, huge private pool, huge communal shared pool and great food. Shops close by and a place with great massage up the road. Comfy bed, quiet area
The shower and bath need some pressure systems checked but otherwise all good.

The villa i got was not the one i paid for and i had to discuss this for a while till they moved me to another villa.
The bed should have mosquito tent.
The wifi kept disconnecting.

Friendly, helpful staff. They were an absolute delight. The gardens were immaculate, the pools clean and inviting. Privacy was respected but nothing was too much trouble for staff. Would love to stay here again!

The room is nice, we love the pool right in front of our room, the room is clean breakfast is nice, staff are friendly and helpful, the location is abit far from the city but it's good if you need your own time. We stay there and was raining, and wet outside just be careful cause slippery around kitchen, cause it's semi outside for the kitchen shower and toilet. It's nice concept for villa also we have fish pond next to the kitchen. Definitely will be back.

great villa with a lot of privacy, silent location not far from all eateries and bars. The quality of wifi is great.

place was great really loved it. and staff were great. my only problem was that breakfast was not great quality. eggs were slightly too runny.(undercooked egg white) and once the chicken with Australian breakfast was raw inside. however every one was very nice. I would definitely stay again. just maybe with out breakfast…

Staff organised in villa massage & laundry which was fantastic.
Villa information just needs to be updated on Booking.com, there is not a shuttle at the time of stay. Go Gek is fantastic quick & cheap.

I had a great experience with the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked the villa for myself for NY and my friends had trouble with another guesthouse. There is no way to book anything at this location that day. The administrator helped us with an extra bed option for an acceptable price and provided two extra breakfasts for free 🙏

We stayed 6nights, the villa is in a good position close to restaurants and main roads, but far from the noise. The property is like in the photos, the staff is super friendly and kind. Definitely recommended.

The property is a bit back from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. The staff are amazing and so incredibly kind. The daily breakfast was delicious and there are western and traditional Indonesian dishes to choose from. The pool in the villa is huge, and nicely warmed, as is the main pool in the common area. The 24 hour reception made us feel very safe and secure.
