Té el necessari en un apartament

La comunicació nefasta. Vaig enviar molts missatges abans de l’estada per preguntar sobre l’hora d’arribada i no em van contestar.

The location was great and the apartment was very big, we didn’t expect it to be that big so it was amazing because it was 4 of us.

We had apartment in 7th floor and elevator didn’t work for 2 days😬

it was a 11 minute walk to Old street underground station. the apartment had pretty much everything you need to cook meals in. I left some things for the next renter, salt, pepper & coffee, hopefully it stays in the unit for the next person.

the bathroom smelled like mildew, had to keep it propt open when no one was using it. could use a normal size broom to keep floors clean. a small hand broom doesn’t do the trick.

Great location! Large apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Staff was very responsive. Convenient market right around the corner. Good value.

A few more amenities like extra toilet paper, more pots, dish soap, and a sponge would have made for a more enjoyable stay. Apartment was clean but building was run down.

Very spacious apartment for London and two bathrooms. Very good location and was able to get to many places with ease. Handy 24 hour shop at the bottom of the tower block. Great value.

Beds were a bit firm for our liking. They were also on wheels and they skidded across the room with ease! A few areas were looking a bit tired but overall we preferred having the space and location for the same price.....

The floor was becoming wet continuously in all rooms. Probably there is some plumbing repair works to be done. We had to keep on cleaning the floor every hour

This is the best location, very convenient and close to many amenities, a 24hr supermarket just below the building and so many eating places very close. As a disabled, the use of a lift was a bonus. The apartment was very very spacious with 2 bathrooms so it served us better as a family. There were some missing kitchen items but when we informed them, we were assisted and given them in 10 min. Very excellent customer service. I am already booking for Easter.

Because we were staying long (10 days), maybe a change of bed linen and towels would have helped. Please supply brooms as well because it was difficult to use a dustpan and brush. The beds were a little bit hard, it would be advisable to offer the option of a double bed in one room too.

- The hot water wasnt working on arrival; - The heater stopped working during my stay - Someone was killed in the apartment below one night - Awful stay and I would like to be refunded.
