Our room was very basic considering the price we paid. No separate bathroom just a curtain to pull across. No water in the room on arrival and no fridge.

This is a lovely hotel only 5 mins walk from the village, which has bars, restaurants, and shops including a lovely bio shop. We wanted peace, quiet and rest and this hotel enabled all three. Ideal for our small dog as we had access to the garden from our terrace. We will be back, the staff were so friendly, the cleanliness was 10 out of 10, and the room was very comfortable.

The “lady” on reception was very abrupt and did not make us feel welcome. Room was small and dark and toilet “closet” was tiny and separate to the bathroom. Badly designed room and did not look like any rooms in photos online. When my wife asked if a brighter room was available the receptionist was quite rude and said she had no other room and that we were late checking in even though I had said in our booking that it would be late evening when we would arrive. We had a major problem with our booking as hotel could not process my credit card. There was no problem with my card as other bookings ( hotel & car hire) all worked fine. I contacted my bank who informed me the problem was with hotels system and not my card. I had to contact the hotel to hold my reservation which they did most reluctantly. This was a dreadful experience.They then asked us to arrive before 4pm as it was a busy weekend. Very unsatisfactory as we were only arriving in Toulouse at 3.30 and had 3/4 hour drive to the property. Their booking site said checkin was up to 10pm which was one reason we chose the property. Overall the booking process and check-in experience was appalling and we will never return to this hotel.
