Breakfast is OK

It was absolute treasure for this value! Hotel was above expectations. Customer service was outstanding, there is no other hotel administrator as in this hotel. A man with a chic beard, You are doing work great! Unfortunatelly didnt ask Your name, but there is no other hotel in Berlin I want to stay anymore, just please do not quit this job! So friendly, helpful, emotional, empathic administrator. Very friendly breakfast kitchen staff. Wish you all good luck and hold the Seifert flag high!

Breakfast quite good. Everything clean and modern. Staff helpful and very civilized

Rooms are clean, beds are cosy, breakfest is very tasty.

The Hotel is great, it is clean and good atmosphere, the staff it is amazing, very helpful and very kind. It is in a great area of Berlin. Defiantly I recommend it!!!

Hotel is based in a very nice building in a very good location of Berlin, plenty of good places to eat nearby, also street parking was available as well as a secure underground garage. Just remember, this is a 3-star hotel, so don't expect a 5-star features :) Reception was very friendly and responsive, we've enjoyed our stay here as a family of 4.

The blankets were a bit thin but this was no an inconvenience for us, we found a spare one in the clothing cupboard. Nothing else to mention.

The room was cold as the heating hardly worked.

Very kind staff and clean rooms

The wooden floor is too old, it was making too much noise while walking and even with little movements on the bed the floor was making noise. Beds were ok but pillows were too thin and not comfortable at all. The rest was ok.
