The gentleman who checked me in was very efficient, helpful and friendly. He explained everything I needed to know for my stay without me having to ask any questions. I found him very professional and clearly dedicated to his job. It was an excellent start to my stay of two nights. My room was on the third floor and I must respond here to some of the other reviews which I have read. The Wi-fi worked perfectly in my room (375), with a very strong connection. I had no problems at all, so previous guests must've encountered other technical faults with their signal. I checked in on a Saturday and was expecting to hear loud "party" music from the street until early hours, but it was very calm and peaceful. I slept with the balcony door ajar, but had no disturbance. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was particularly divine! Lovely bed linen and super mattress, I slept wonderfully. Not a memory foam mattress, so I suppose could be deemed too soft for some people. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but on my arrival the sachets had not been correctly refilled. Rather odd quantities and the tea-bags that were there had been water damaged. Fortunately I always carry my own supplies of my preferences. The next day I informed Housekeeping, and the very friendly lady gave me a plentiful stock of everything. Room was very clean, equipped with everything I personally needed. It was possible to request extras such as bathrobe, slippers etc - free of charge, but not necessary for me. I didn't try the restaurant or bar, but everything looked great. The restaurant is actually next door, but you can access it through the hotel breakfast room. Restaurant and bar are closed on Sundays. Breakfast was excellent both times I went down for it. The first time it was extremely busy, the hotel had been full on a Saturday night.

Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I'm next in Stuttgart, but next time I'd probably book one of the apartments.

I checked in at Sunday afternoon (4/23). No one nor message tell me to do the self check-in. No one answer the phone and no one in the front desk. I waited outside for 1 hour and then luckily other room guest came out and I entered the lobby. I asked at least 2 room guests how can I do check-in, they all pointed to the front desk. Another hour later, I call the emergency cell phone number. Someone came and explained that I can do self check-in. He explained that due to I booked through booking, they cannot message to me to tell me on self check-in, which is non-sense, I did got contact from hotel through booking message. It wasted me 2 hours waiting before entered the room that cause me to cancel my afternoon schedule. I understand the policy to do self check-in on Sunday, but cannot accept that you didn't inform guest no matter to call or to leave email/message to notice of the self check-in.

The room is much clean and even receptionist staffs are friendly which makes the situation relaxing for me. However the location itself is a little far away from the city center, but then again we have suburban railway or S-Bahn to commute back and forth

The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Very friendly, breakfast was good.

Parking spaces are limited, and it was difficult to find a parking space. The room was ok and clean when we checked in, but I think the next day, the cleaning was done but very superficially. If you are looking for nice restaurants or things to do you have to drive to the centre as this part of Stuttgart is boring. The bar adjacent to the hotel are not friendly people, it was 9.30 pm and they wouldn't serve us a drink while the bar was still full.

Very nice room, beautiful bathroom. Nice and professional staff, everyone speak fluent english. Quiet location.

Atmosphere, location, parking, staff and cleanness

Breakfast was really simple with only few choices. The bed made lots of noise with even a simple movement.

Friendly, personable and caring staff. Free parking. Incredible studio and balcony with lovely view. close to late night restaurants and bars but still quiet neighborhood.

The Mercedes Museum was relatively close, that was the main reason for the trip. Breakfast and staff were nice.
