Comfy bed, great shower, ample breakfast, beautiful location, easy to get to.

Nice hotel, I was there for work. Good bed, good room, nice shower. Very nice breakfast. Good hotel as starting point to do things in the city.

Breakfast adequate - no hot breakfast. Food at wedding reception excellent.

Lack of disability access: there wasn't a single area where you could take a wheelchair. Three steps to breakfast area; steps to enter reception, steps to accommodation, steps to entertainment area where we were attending a wedding reception. Steps down to toilets.

The location was good however sleep was interrupted by the noise of the trams passing just outside the bedroom window. The breakfast food we had was reasonable, it was only a continental buffet breakfast!

There didn't appear to be any wheel chair access in the hotel that my brother required! On arrival at the hotel reception we received a somewhat frosty welcome eventhough the hotel was informed of our late arrival. The room was of a reasonable standard but the pillows we're pretty useless, and the quilts were covered in a furry throw? The bathroom was okay but no shower gel in the dispenser. No tea or coffee facilities only two 33ml bottles of water which we consumed but weren't replaced the following day, when the room was supposedly cleaned. The only evidence that the room had been attended to was fresh towels in the bathroom. I even had to fix the wardrobe door as it had come off its sliding rail. When it came time to pay I made the owner/manager aware of my complaints and shortly after paying, and while sat in the restaurant, with other wedding guests (it was a wedding reception that we were staying there for) he and another came and told my wife and I "to leave their house"! How embarrassing!! And as we were leaving I was given sarcastic remarks by the owner/manager!!! Perhaps my expectations were too high, although this is Germany where standards are very high!

Great location in wooded recreation area. Very nice restaurant and beer garden - food was very good too.

The restaurant at Bischofshol serves excellent food, that is a perfect complement to their likewise excellent rooms. You will not go to bed hungry and you will sleep well. At least that is my experience after staying there several times during the last years.

We liked a lot the Restaurant and the cozyness of the hotel. staff was friendly and breakfast was also great.

we did not like the hotel was too near a Train Station because the room would shake a Little at night.
