De locatie en de voorzieningen! Direct aan de piste, alles op loopafstand. Ze hebben een skiverhuur, skischool en goede skikluisjes allemaal in het hotel. Je komt echt niks te kort!

Het personeel in het restaurant groette je nauwelijks of keek je niet eens aan, terwijl het overige personeel (van receptie, technische dienst en de facilitaire medewerkers) altijd vriendelijk groette.

Direi piuttosto male il personale di Front Office, cioè quelli che fanno la registrazione quando si arriva, molto impreparati e superficiali mi hanno fatto ritornare a ricompilare le schede di ingresso dopo 2 giorni quando c’era tutto il tempo al momento dell’arrivo. Aggiungo poi pessimo il personale addetto alla pulizia della mia stanza, assoluto menefreghismo, stanza spesso sporca e non rifatta, costretto io a sollecitare più volte, quindi parte del personale di Housekeeping della mia stanza veramente pessimo

Great location with friendly staff. They even dug out an adapter plug when we forgot hours which is so rare nowadays! Superb food and facilities.

the food offer was excellent the rooms were clean and comfortable

the access to the one lift was good but the access to the village was poor. At afternoon tea the food offer was very limited. there should have been more savoury options too. Nuts and crisps available pre dinner would have been nice.

Great animation, good food, friendyl staff, nice room with two tv's, good spa for skiing resort. Will return next year.

Long distance to room, needed two elevators to get to skiing ground, acces with car at arrival not possible because of snow and hill eventhough it wasnt snowing
