The food was first class. The facilities were high quality and the staff were very friendly.

Great staff, very good food both breakfast and dinner. The SPA was also very good and the location was 15 minutes walk from the lift but there are always buses and you can also get a free locker on the mountain.
The pool wasn’t as warm as we expected

Everything was perfect and I must especially note the food which was Amazing!
Everyone on the staff is super friendly and helpful and we would like to note Josh especially.
We would enjoy the pool more if it was more heated but I guess that's because we are used to a warm climate.

the location is surrounded with beautiful mountains
and very convenient to walk to anywhere such as Penkenbahn, supermarket. very good breakfast buffet with a lot of selections. the evening dinner is also good.

Very well organised hotel. Great food, staff and room. Excellent spa. A nice touch was the complimentary hotel taxi to the main lift each morning, and if you missed that, it’s 5 minutes walk to the lift or you can take a local bus from the main road close to the hotel
Beds were a little soft and hot. Apart from that, great hotel for families
