Fabulous frontage and awesome entrance hall - regal staircases made it even more special. loved the rustic wooden chandelier. lovely big rooms two double beds too - fab shower . Perfectly clean and ideal for us

my kids loved mini Disco, Magic show. I love aqua gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool.

my kids didn’t like the food. They ate chips every day- I was disappointed with that. Also big queues in the restaurant… For me and my husband the food was ok, but the same every day(

Food was great, easy access to beach, pool was perfect size, parking outside the hotel was safe and free. Lots of drink and food choices. Lots of Spanish and not so many British. Staff were great.

Corridor carpets need to be replaced. No water in the room although you can get your own.

The pool is lovely, the entertainment team are excellent, drinks very good (when you finally get one) in general the facilities are very good.

The constant queuing, some staff incredibly rude. This is our 3rd visit to the Hacienda extremely disappointed this time, certainly not as good since the take over by Ohtels, food standard has dropped.

Rooms was decent enough and cleaned every day. Staff was friendly. Highlight if the hotel was Mojito coctail in all inclusive menu. There was only 3 coctails for all inclusive guest. I wanted to buy and try something else from the list of coctails but staff said they don't do them.

Food was cold and awful all the time. Queues to fresh cooking was insane. End up eating out for evening meals and having toast for breakfast. Met an other British couple who said the same about food and ended up dinning out too. What's a point to have heater lamps above food and keep them off? Dinning room so loud as school canteen. Not enough staff to serve drinks in dinning area. Crazy queues at the bar outside and inside sometimes it took around 20-30 min to get a drink. Really bad smell in bathroom. Don't know where it was coming from but it smelled like old rotten cabbage all the time. All hotel guests were Spanish and all shows games was in Spanish. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Before arriving requested quiet room as person I travel with is orderly lady who likes to go to bed early. But we got a room right infront of entertainment arena. Music was blasting to midnight every night. I could go on and on about it. Also don't be leaving ur belongings or towels on sun lounger when going for lunch as lifeguard removes them all and puts them in bushes. Do they really expect to bring wet towels and other pool accessories to the dinning room?

We liked the beds, and the daily cleaning, and the view of Port Aventura. We also liked the spa who gave a good deal for two people, We went to Tarragona old town in the evenings which is 10minutes by car.

We were not prepared for so many kids making so much noise at breakfast (and all the time), The food was plentiful by mediocre. There wasn't a plug next to one of the beds.

The location is good. The bedroom and the food in the buffet were very nice!

The internet connection wasn't good enough. The shows weren't as good as we expected.
