Beautiful "Claremont Studio" Apartment
Ubicado al final de un tranquilo callejón sin salida en una hermosa parte de Orange se encuentra "Claremont Studio".
Recién pintadas, alfombras nuevas y electrodomésticos de alta calidad le han dado a este estudio una sensación fresca y moderna. Claremont Studio está situado en la planta baja de nuestra residencia permanente y tiene una habitación de tamaño modesto (que incluye muebles empotrados y una cama de matrimonio); una lavandería totalmente equipada (que incluye lavadora y secadora nuevas); cocina (que incluye un nuevo lavavajillas, horno, nevera grande y cafetera); un baño y un salón de generosas dimensiones. También hay un pequeño patio con jardín privado con mesa / asientos al aire libre y un pequeño tendedero.
Claremont Studio tiene dos entradas: ambas están separadas y totalmente privadas de nuestra residencia. Hay una caja de seguridad (si es necesario) para recoger su llave y hay wifi gratuito disponible.
También ofrecemos un ligero refrigerio de muffins y jugo (para la primera mañana de su estadía).
Claremont Studio tiene una estancia mínima de 2 noches. Claremont Studio is a wonderfully appointed small apartment, clean and warm (Important in winter!) Everything you need is there, (including all the little things you don't think you need until you do). Our hosts were very helpful but also allowed us our privacy. Easy to find and not far from the main through road. We will be happy to return

The studio was extremely comfortable and spacious in an extremely quiet setting. The owners, Ben and Bec, have provided many thoughtful and quality touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the studio for all the above reasons but also for the extremely good value it affords.

Fabulous stay. Ben and Bec were excellent hosts - the apartment was warm when we arrived. Amenities were first rate from the laundry facilities, the kitchen to the bathroom with fluffy soft towels. We had everything we needed for several nights stay. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend the property to other travellers who like to have a comfortable homey stay.

My stay at this property was excellent. There were some really lovely personal touches all the way through from check in to check out, and the hosts were a delight to deal with. The studio apartment was beautiful and my whole stay was really comfortable and relaxing, despite being a work trip! I will definitely return for my next work trip and am already looking forward to it.

The cottage was lovely and spotlessly clean. Gus was such a lovely addition and we so enjoyed his visits. Ben was very quick to respond and resolve the issue when the power points were tripped. Great stay and would love to return in the future.

This apartment is nestled within the lash gardens of this beautiful property. The entrance is easily located but offers complete privacy. The property is tastefully & thoughtfully presented. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts have tried to ensured there is absolutely nothing more their guests need. Communicating with the hosts is simple and they have a comprehensive list of how things work and suggestions of highlights of the area. We will be back.

We have just spent 5 nights in Calare. It’s very spacious - a good sized one bedroom flat including laundry - and it’s very quiet and comfortable. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Convenient base for sightseeing the area and just a few minutes drive to town. Not walking distance to the city centre, but close enough to the main east-west road that becomes Summer St to make navigating straightforward. Highly recommended.

One of the best Stayz experiences we have had
The property was a fantastic large studio apartment with separate kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and bedroom. Ben and Bec were great hosts who were prompt and accommodating with requests and information. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and cleaned immaculately. The bedroom has it's own air conditioner, which came in very handy. The lounge room was spacious and lead off into a small outside space for relaxing. And Gus is the sweetest extra house guest you can imagine!

Relax and recharge
The perfect place to relax in a tranquil setting, then refresh and rejuvenate, in all that beautiful Orange has to offer.....on your doorstep. The owners have thought of everything, even supplying a screw driver which came in handy when opening a local bottle of prosecco with a stubborn screw top not wanting to be opened by the supplied bottle opener. Waking up every morning to the chirping of birds outside bedroom window was refreshing. A big thanks Ben and Bec for your thoughtfulness and focus on detail of contemporary decor to make guests feel at home.

Wonderful self contained studio
We were warmly greeted by Bec on our arrival and she was happy to answer any questions. Claremont studio was very clean, comfortable , with a comfortable bed and good pillows, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed. It was very nice to have little extra surprises there for us too. The studio is located in a good area of Orange and it is an easy drive back in to the main centre. We would definitely recommend staying here.
