Good choices

amazing bar with good all inclusive drink option, 3 great pools including an adults only pool aswell as this amazing snack bar which ran basically all day!

we stayed 10 nights so as expected the dinner options started to get a little boring, there was themes for the dinner but they did not have as much variety as you would think a “Mexican” or “American” theme dinner would have but still great food.

There were bars shut down or without varieties

Well situated with good access to the beach. Plenty of bars near the pool/entertainment areas with proper cocktails/alcohol content available throughout the day. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great splash pool for the kids. We utilised the snack bar many times, and this was on times better then the main restaurant food on offer. Evening entertainment was good and kept the whole family engaged.

The meals could have been better, despite the theme of the day we found the flavour lacking which also included the Spanish night which was surprising! Might have been due to our stay being right at the end of season so perhaps ingredients were harder to come by or in shorter supply. All the desserts also tasted the same regardless of appearance.

The location is fantastic! All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

my only issue was that the beds in the room moved around and so we had to push them against a wall to make it secure.

Everything, it's good value for money.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Staff were cheerful and so helpful. As first timers of All Inclusive we were pleasantly surprised at the food and drink choice along with the quality it was all excellent.

The only criticism that I have is to be mindful of the location of your room. Our room overlooked the outside theatre which put a stop to any thoughts of having a quiet evening on the balcony. So if you want peace and quiet request a room away from the main pool and outside entertainment.

+ The rooms were nice, very comfortable(especially pillows) , and the staff was amazing, Diego with animation team ♥. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This is the perfect hotel for family with kids. Food was delicious, every night was another ,,theme" like mexikan/asia/mallorka etc... Hotel exceeded my expectations.

- the only problem with the room was the ants -I recommend bringing ant spray and the problem will be solved ;)

Great location, diversity of food, staff was very helpful. Several pools to choose from and great facilities!

Very good location, the hotel has 4 pools, 1 kids’ pool with slides and a paddling pool with slides. It is very close to the beach, lots of nice little shops and playgrounds nearby. Great place for families and couples alike. Great variety of food. Most of all, the staff are fantastic, all of them always smiling, very helpful and polite and the entertainers were excellent. Also it was my birthday during our stay (which I didn’t even mention) and they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room.

The location is in front of Ferrera beach. All staff is wonderful! Great job! Food was mainly very good and diverse. All pools were very clean. Cocktails were properly made with good ingredients. All in all, I would recommend this hotel! 👌

I would love if it would be emphasized that 95% of guests come with kids. Then we would be less shocked when coming as 2 couples w/o kids :) If we go to into details, coffee could be better. Also, quiet pools wasn't quiet at all.

Food good, lots of choice. Nice beach. Comfy beds

Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, pushchairs etc. No lifts and rooms are on 3 floors. Huge complex with lots of steps. The pool/pool area by the restaurant was extremely dirty most days. Restaurant isn't big enough for the hotel so had to line up and wait at every meal time. Rooms are basic but clean. Lots of young families with very loud kids so avoid if you don't appreciate the noise!
