Beds and room were nice.

Lack of AC meant sleeping with lots of noise from open windows. Also we had a rainy day and there weren’t enough umbrellas for guests and nothing to do at hotel… a gym would be nice. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good. At a price of $22 you would expect high quality salmon and fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff were a little stuffy at check in but eventually different team warmed up. Lots to be worked on service. Property was lovely but there’s room for lots of improvements on the service from staff. The bistro restaurant was great but felt bad there was only one server for the whole restaurant.

The architecture and landscaping is very elegant. Exceptional location with an amazing view over the cliffs. Definitely worth a visit - and we would love to come again.

Beatiful view, overlooking the bay and the beach, dont miss the sunset… The gardens, the welcoming staff were remarkable. A rich breakfast with nice varieties of famous local cheeses. Certainly an hotel to be revommendef

There was no elevator but honestly it was not a surprise, this was already advised. A small elevator is planned to be operative by June. It was not an issue for us

Everything was superb! We had a great time in that place. The facility are very clean, the staff is very friendly, location with fantastic view.. There is a nice restorant and bar too in this hotel.

The wi-fi😉 But still this is not importante at all. Since we were for family vacation and not really need wifi.

Absolutely stunning place, I mean tonw itself. I had a nice room with Falaises d'Etretat view and a small balcony. i was happy to spent 2 nights over there. There were a heating system, all facilities and room was really clean.

The staff was wonderful, the views spectacular, the hotel and town charming. We were there for 5 nights and would have stayed longer. Great place to escape life for a few days

we had a room with a sea view, and it was fantastic! two windows overlooked the sea and the town. Location was great easy walking distance into the town with shops and restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly, special thanks to the bar staff, we really enjoyed our chats with them!

There was no lift inside the hotel and there were a lot of steps/stairs as we were on the top floor. Help was offered by receptionist with our luggage but if we were older it would have been so much harder! Also, there were no complimentary drinks in the room, all tea, coffee, water was chargeable! No bath robes or slippers either, for the room rate we would have expected these things.
