The property was in a good location, walking distance to Woolworths and the racecourse directly across the road The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils The bathroom was large The staff were nice

We chose the property because it was listed as having a view but there was absolutely no view. Our balcony looked directly at the building next door. It was incredibly loud all day and all night and it was quite hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. The furniture was outdated and worn and did not look like the photos. The kitchenette was incredibly small with no bench space and did not have an oven. The couch was quite small and uncomfortable. It was difficult to relax The carpark was small and difficult to park in

Clean room and spacious and brekky was great.

Bed was 2 singles pushed together therefore sheets didn’t fit the overall bed and also the bed was sloped in the middle. Uncomfortable sleep.

1 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped Appreciated the bathtub and kitchen as we were travelling with a toddler Love love love the buffet breakfast 🥞🍳

Traffic noise from James Ruse Dr made sleeping difficult (I've stayed here before but forgot to specifically ask for a room on a higher floor or facing away from the road) Disappointed I didn't book for this coming weekend while I was there last weekend as now they're booked out 😭😭😭

Breakfast & dining room staff were excellent The front counter on the whole were great, however the gentleman that told me they were booked out on the Tuesday that I wanted to stay, when they actually weren't was not appreciated

I expected more room. Coffe table supplied not even a table to eat . Too noisy the traffic too loud unable to rest all day or night .cleaning very desirable fridge not working well lost some food. Bathroom floor not washed for 60 days.

The wonderful staff - restaurant and reception areas (Patrick, Jenny, Coco and 2 staff during my arrival on Saturday, 10 Dec at 3 pm) The location is perfect to meet my family and friends. It is close enough to the Westfield Parammata shopping centre.

The staff unhelpfull and the manager is very rude. I requested a late checkout the staff kept calling my room I the morning they woke me up and then I asked for the manager she called me and told me that I can leave after 12 and I have to pay $50 extra I said okay then she came at 12.30 knocked on my door and asked to hurry up I said to her I will be leaving in the next 10minutes and Iam happy to pay she was very rude I advice anyone to reconsider staying at that property very poor service and attitude from the top down to the staff
