Location is OK, rooms are basic but is the price you paid

Staff is rude, not helpful and answer in a bad way when you question something. Wifi never worked in my room, I asked 3 times during the day and always said that I had to wait a little bit more. When I asked for the administrator to solve this situation, they told me to come back the next day and never gave me a solution to the wifi issue. Staff was really rude and I decided to leave the hotel only after 4 hours there. They had to refun my money. Never go to this hotel, is a dirty hole.

Comparatively nice rooms when it comes to Sao Luis. Better maintained. Location is alright. Could check in a bit earlier. There is a laundry shop and a 24 hour convenience store on the property.

Very underwhelming breakfast in super weird location. WiFi was terrible (room 420) and I used up all my data there, because it got disconnected that often.

Not bad, but not the best experience. Not sure I would stay there again.

the rooms and bathrooms are clean, smell good and the mini bar is great. Real good breakfast!

the air conditioning is a little old, we had to exchange rooms but it was fine, they solved it in no time.

It is clean, close to lots of good things, like stores, beach, hospitals, good transportation.

Clogged bathroom sink! Few outlets on the room.

Location, price/quality was OK

No sufficient towels in the room (face towel), staff during the breakfast was certainly not friendly. For this type of hotels, breakfast can be a bit better.
