the resort had construction work next to it. The resort had renovation work in the building , levels under my level. the resort had tanning beds out for maintenance! room had maintenance issues.

Room smelled old and moldy

The location was next to the wedding event we attended. The resident manager was professional in dealing with the several issues and concerns during our stay. The front office staff showed good service despite the several issues we encountered, as these were beyond their control; which was supposed to be handled by the Top/Upper management prior to getting our booking confirmation- for safety & satisfaction of guests .

These are the main points/issues I discussed w/ the resident manager during our stay: - Continuous noise disruptions from drilling and hammering on the upper floor, despite multiple reports to the front office. (I have videos as proof-- How do I attach a video??- you only have photo options Below)... - Malfunctioning cable TV (on our 1st day) & was resolved Late @ night, despite maintenance efforts. - Safety concern regarding the Unstable and Unsafe bathtub Base & mouldy/Brown spots on the bathtub floors & sides of the tub in the King Suite Bathroom-- posing a hazard to guests & showing unhygienic & cleanliness issues. The bathtub was raised & was not installed properly-- as was NOT expected of a King Suite room! (How do I attach a video? I only have videos!) - the carpet was very dirty & dusty, also showing signs of discolouration, and an awful/ unpleasant smell was also noticed. (I got videos, too-- how do I attach them?? You only have photo options Below)... - Ongoing construction noise despite assurances from the staff that it would stop.The noise did NOT stop, even until our last day of stay! **Surprised & disappointed that the ongoing construction noise was not disclosed in the hotel listing (upon booking)- highlighting concerns of Transparency (If we were told about the noise, we would not book w/ BE Resort. Instead, we would find another hotel.) **Until now, I'm still in correspondence w/ the Resident manager in processing the partial Refund of our stay. It has been taking so long now-- almost 3 months already! I was expecting prompt response & resolution to restore confidence in Be Resort Hotel, but I guess I'll just have to wait a little longer for the complete resolution of our case.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and clean, the amenities were great. Swimming pool, beach, restaurant, bar, gym, pool tables, ballrooms, water obstacle course. Food was a little pricy but what we had was good.

We stayed on the 6th floor and the hallway felt like it was hotter and more humid than outside. There was no climate control outside the rooms as far as I can tell. We were sweating on the short walk from our room to the elevator.

The restaurants, pool and staff are fantastic. Hotel is 20-25mins away from Mactan International Airport

Room 302 was a nightmare!Stinks, and all you can hear at night is a chicken and dogs barking!😭😭 Not an ideal hotel for relaxation, on or before a long flight. The floorings are not comfy to step and you need to wear slippers. Bathroom looks old and dirty. It was not worth what we are paying. Waited for 3hrs to get into our room. There’s no face or hand towels. No facial tissue available.

The food. We were served smelly chicken and was not entirely cooked. Wasn't even hot. They replaced it but still the same. Its like an old frozen stock that was prepared a day before. The buffet was ok.

The location is not good, far away from the towns with activities. We arrived a little early from a very long flight and even though there were rooms free, the staff would not let us check in early, and were rude about it. Tiny room. Not worth the money.

Staff very positive, warm and supportive. Hotel facilities (beach, gym, pool, restaurant, meeting room) all great. There are various SPAs around.

Hotel rooms not very big. External factors independent of hotel control : Location sometimes hard to reach due to traffic in the city. During times of tide, beach/swimming not possible as expected valid for all hotels in the area.

average little beach- breakfast is good but lacking in some choices. The room is clean , just average, bed is comfortable. all the staff are very polite/helpful and very pleasant , excellent.

The noise very disturbing for example , slamming doors at all hours, music nearby very irritating that is so loud. And some guest don`t have consideration for other people. I would say it`s not a place for a quiet stay.

Ala Carte food was disappointing every time we ordered food kitchen can’t deliver hot food. 1. Nachos was dry, cold , beef was cold cheese not melted and the portion was not well balanced more chips than the meat can’t even mix them well. 2. boat boodle menu at the deck where there were hamburger sliders ( cold) , nachos ( dry and cold ) fries ( cold& soggy) very very disappointing we complained food was dry we suggested to microwave the fries staff said kitchen came from downstairs that’s why it’s cold we paid 5k for dinner that night very frustrating as when we complain staff don’t know what to do not value for money 3. nachos at restaurant was cold and dry complained to the waiter didn’t say or do anything , bill came around 2k was not willing to pay 400 for cold nachos that we didn’t eat finally called the mgr / captain and he agreed to cancel nachos following day food still cold .

The staff is not so friendly and accomodating. I did not like the breakfast so much. I requested for a beach front view and my request was denied when I requested it way ahead of time. And then I requested again for another 30 min only extension for the check out and yet it's not possible as well.

Staff are very friendly and supportive quick to provide you with what you need. It's not too big hotel and its more quite that bigger ones.

The breakfast was good. I think the kitchen is quite good. Dinner was good too but a little pricey. The staff are nice and welcoming, the place overall is quite nice.

The neighbour resort had some events and was testing the stage speakers at 1 am. This woke us up and we couldn't really sleep. The next day they had loud music all day with terrible singers who can't even sing abusing all the songs they could until midnight. The staff told me this is a common issue so it is something to keep in mind when visiting. I personally didn't expect to be at a 'music festival'.

Breakfast is good. But the room i requested to be near to each other was met at first but unfortunately the aircondition is not working so one room was transfered far from the other room of my family. There is no sky cable we were not able to watch tv because there is no sky cable.

With the room facilities. The toilet sink is clogged and the water heater is not working in our room always hot even we put it on cold.
