Hôtel La Percée is well located, the staff is kind and very helpful. They answered all my questions before arriving. The room has all you need, a big plus for my balcony and the view on the mountains. The bed is very comfy, the heat temperature is perfect and you can adjust it to your taste. The wifi was not excellent but still good enough to enjoy your stay, some music and even stream your fave shows or movies. Also the breakie is fine, would be perfect with local cheese and crêpes. And the location is litetally amazing. No need to have a car you can come there from Annecy station with public transportations and the round trip is only 16 euros.
