Great location, friendly staff, clean accommodation & very comfy bed

booked 2 rooms for 7 days when I arrived at 1 am in morning did not have rooms for us after 2 hrs finally got a room but my son had to move twice during stay

do not get rooms near restaurant music till 1

it is very rundown especially the pool area The room we were given was old and in disrepair in need of a an upgrade so therefore we asked for another room we were told there wasn’t any available stayed one night then checked out and was refused a refund told they would keep a credit for when we returned to which I said we would not be returning to tis hotel ever

Good location. Good pool. Comfortable bed (except for too hard pillows).

Not nearly enough pool lounges, not enough variety at breakfast and you had to wait for the buffets to be filled. Dreadful pillows (but beautiful beds). Just seems to be a little behind the eight ball. I have stayed here four times but won’t be back.

Pool and pool side room, great location for me being a solo traveller could walk most places resort had security and helpful friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable beds

Thin interconnecting door did not keep out any noise from between the rooms you can hear other guests talking etc from other rooms and I heard loud snoring from the other side of the room through the wall/door all night. Air conditioner was very cold and it didn’t seem to go any warmer when set higher so room was very cold

Great, central location. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent

They were renovating the room next to ours. Started early one morning with drilling and hammering. The hot water was then turned off to our room.

Breakfast area dark,stuffy and loud and as not included preferred to go elsewhere. Sheets and towels often stained. Mattress very old and tired, but they did change it. Air conditioner in 1st room not efficient enough. Very loud music every night

Well maintained gardens and room and pool. Staff were always friendly and very helpful. Location is great.

Big room

Breafast was poor. No variation. Poor quality western food served to fit the needs of the numerous australian tourists. Lack of good quality indonesian food. Just one option that was very greasy

It’s a simple oasis in the heart of Legian. the deluxe lagoon room is spacious and clean. The restaurant/bar at the front is a wonderful addition. I especially love the fact there are 2 entry’s, front and back, off major walking strips.

Food was fabulous, facilities were amazing, staff were so helpful. Pool area was lovely and the rooms were spotless. The location and live bands were excellent!! Defo recommend staying here for a cheap and cheerful holiday.
