Location, comfort, clean, host was great and all the facilities you need.

It was a nice two bedroom place with some garden. I can’t really find much fault with the property, it’s more Murchison. Basically I’m not even sure why the place is there. I guess you need to be into walking/biking or river stuff. Otherwise there is little point in staying. If you are going to stay then this place is ok. Though I struggle to think of something that makes it great.

It could have been a bit better stocked with things. I’ve found motor lodges to be better stocked. It felt cold in the morning, despite it only being in March (maybe that was a one off). The Wi-Fi was not great. Indeed I ended up hotspotting my laptop through my phone to get a better signal.

Beautiful little place, surrounded by lovely gardens and wildlife. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to everything local.

Friendly clean comfortable bed nice to sit outside on the deck.

It was very quiet, perhaps because no one else was staying there?? The shower was excellent, the bed comfy. The heater was adequate.

It was very small with nowhere to put our bags. An outdoor kitchen didn't really work for us either, so would prefer a sink to wash inside, or at least a vanity large enough to use to wash dishes.

Nice garden setting, comfortable bed, a good retreat from the rainy weather outside that day.

A little awkward for dishes cleanup after our breakfast, with just a tiny basin in bathroom and a plastic tub provided ( no dishwash detergent though). Outdoor kitchen facilities good, but in wet weather, not really appealing. 🤔.

no space to do more than make a cup of tea and piece of toast. strange setup as there was a microwave, fridge, plates etc but no means or space to prepare, rinse and dry or sit and eat.
