Spacious room for a family of 4 and very clean. The kids had great bubble bath fun as the bathtub is bigger than normal ones. It's also great to have complimentary welcome fruits and min bar.

The in-room fridge is not enough cold for cooling the soft drinks.

We're surprised to have room upgraded. Cosy bed. Good to have separate bathtub and shower cabin with overhead shower. Free access to Grand Resort Deck, skytop wave pool and longest skytop aquatic adventure river ride. Good to play in the grand resort deck for whole day even after check out. There's locker rental service provided. Kids have fun in skytop water park.

It took us more than 15 mins to wait for coach going to the hotel from Cotai Pier. Smoke smell is quite strong in the room. The temperature of the shower in Grand Resort Deck was not stable, switching between hot and cold.

Everything! It's clean, quiet and convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. And they provided awesome services plus free goodies everyday. And free WiFi throughout Galaxy. Pool view from our room definitely won our hearts too since we had kids with us.

Basically nothing. Or if a good printed map is provided, will be bonus.

Great location within the Galaxy entertainment complex with all facilities imaginable. Water theme park for kids, lots of F&B outlets, shopping & entertainment all under one big roof. Excellent staff service from front office to house keeping. Rooms amenities are so complete, there's nothing more we could ask for. Free shuttle service to and from ferry terminal was easy & on time. We had a great time!

Its linked to shopping and restaurants. Had a water themepark which is family friendly. And of course the casino is huge! .

Im too close to heytea and its too convenient to make myself fat!

Staff are polite, kind and nice

There were insect bites in the room, suspecting the carpet was dirty or not properly vacuumed The water pressure for shower was weak therefore not having comfortable shower for 2 nights

We had Thai breakfast at Banyan Tree. That was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and keen to help customers. Our special thanks to Mr John Cheung of Okura Hotel whose service was superb.

There was no breakfast available at the restaurant of Hotel Okura (we were told that the restaurant was closed)

The desserts at Nagomi looked great.

There was almost nothing Japanese about the location except the tea shop desserts at Nagomi. The place looked sad, old and lacked a soul. I strongly suggest the management to consider renewing the decoration or become obsolete. The hotel also doesn't offer breakfast. We had to eat in the food court. Poor experience.

My family and I loved our stay! The hotel is excellent, the rooms are exceptional and have all that we could expect. The staff is very nice and well trained, doing everything possible to help and make the stay enjoyable. Furthermore, the Podium with the swimming pools and play areas is the best I know. Having worked in hotels for several years, I know how difficult it is to achieve this level of quality. Congratulations Okura… and Galaxy!
