Nice place in a quiet environment

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and we could not enjoy the nice outside terrasse. The breakfast was not what we were expecting based on the comments and hotel description: It was made of industrial products (cakes, biscuits, marmelades, juices) whereas we were expecting local products from this beautiful region. It was may be related to the restaurant closure? The pillows were too hard and we really did not sleep well

Cozy Italian mansion.

The staff hardly spoke English, so it was hard to communicate and understand each other. A especially were many misunderstandings with dinner. There was not much left for breakfast, no cheese or ham.

We arrived at 10pm and were very nicely welcomed. On the next day, even though we were the last to breakfast we got everything we asked for. The garden sitting area is beautiful, we loved having the welcome drink there.

Lovely room and breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Amazing setting with lovely external terrace for breakfast and dinner. Very well located for motorway with on-site parking. Particularly enjoyed dinner on the terrace with lots of local people not just tourists.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting & very peaceful. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was fine, a little dark but the Aircon worked very well and we all slept great.

Dinner was served on the terrace but was slightly marred by the insect swarms at sunset and the slow service towards the end of the evening however the staff did apologize for this.

A really nice place to stay and eat. It is a family run business. Staff friendly and helpful. Management extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fresh as was the bathroom. Food was excellent. No question or request was to much for the staff to answer. Having booked a double room rather than a twin. The host having no other rooms available managed to squeeze an extra bed in the room. Excellent service. Would I recommend this hotel/restaurant. Yes. 100%. Any faults or complaints. NO. Thank you for looking after us.

Great value, exceptionally helpful staff and super food in the restaurant

Our stay at Hotel La Fertè was exceptional. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The surroundings are picturesque and you wouldn't be at a loss if you just stayed on your balcony and watched the rolling hills, but handily the hotel is well connected by roads and Torino is some 40 mins of motorway driving. But I would definitely recommend taking the country roads because the scenery is absolutely perfect. The breakfast was also always fresh and on time, as well as tasty and varied. All in all I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in a beautiful quiet park at 10 minutes by car from the city center. It also has a good restaurant where you can taste typical regional food. Wide comfortable room, bathroom with shower. Free parking, helpful staff.

just a small comment, having a shower curtain in a very small shower meant I was tangled up like a fish in seconds as these things just stick to you. 50% of my shower was spent fighting the curtain!!
