1. When we get in the room when we arrived, we spotted the dirty bed cover. It was a disgusting kind of dirt. We called the housekeeping and they just removed the dirty linen and put it back the following day. 2. We couldnt sleep well on our first night as there was a party and it was so noisy and loud. There function rooms should be sound proof 3. The second night they sprayed something to get rid of some flying bugs in all floors, but it was so strong that i woke up like choking and couldnt breath. They informed us in evening but they did it around 10 or 11pm. They should be doing it during the day. 4. We also noticed cockroaches crawling on the side tables. 5. We only had our breakfast once and our experience was not good at all.

Breakfast buffet was superb and staff are very much helpful and courteous

-booking was easy -breakfast buffet is nice with lots of food to choose from

-the room was warm when we came and it took a while to make the room cool. -the room was carpeted and some part of it are dirty or stained. -the executive suite is too small, a little cramped to be honest

Centrally located, great breakfast buffet (!), great customer service, spacious room, very clean

Sound carries that we can hear conversations in the hallway. We were also situated on the 3rd floor which I believe was below the party hall so we could hear the music blaring and party activities from above.

the hotel is in the middle of Naga City and easy to locate

it took me 20 minutes before i was attended to at the front desk upon arrival. we arrived at 8pm, only 1 person was in the front desk. i waited for 20 minutes before she was done with the client ahead of me. i was with 1 senior citizen and 1 child (<5yo) together with 3 other adults. they could have done a better job if another personnel attended to our party to avoid the long wait. i just presumed only 1 person was handling the front desk that night and the client ahead of me had issues however the same thing happened upon check out. we were asked to wait that long because they were apparently checking if the 2 rooms we occupied were clear.
