It was wonderful to experience grade 1 services and an enjoyable experience with the serin environment! It's always a pleasure to encounter staff who are not only amazing and clean but also helpful. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist can make all the difference in ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was adequate but I would have enjoyed it better if pork sausages were available instead of chicken or beef. The staff and the manager were friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beach was relatively clean, long and very quiet. I would walk for miles.

The only thing that disappointed me was that we seemed to be miles away from any bars or restaurants (except one). The hotel has bars and a restaurant but if we wanted to eat out we would either call a taxi or ride pillion on one of the motorbikes parked up at the gate.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was excellent and nutritious. All the staff were really friendly and eager to help. Really liked the beach bar; definitely the hotel's selling point, however very underutilized and understocked. Amazing beach! The location was quiet and peaceful. The calzone and Assorted Meat bites were a treat to eat.

The AC unit in our room was very temperamental; one minute, it blasted wonderfully ice-cold air, and the next, it was blowing hot air. The shower water had an off smell that would eventually go after letting it run for a bit. Found the bar stock a bit limited. The food menu could do with updating and improvement.

Amazing pool and lovely rooms

Some of the food was a bit bland and on a couple of occasions the buffet ran out of selections for dinner.

I liked how the staff was readily available, incredibly kind and helpful.The hotel manager is a very nice person.I loved the food and overall my stay there.

The shower was too hot and there was not one tap in the bathroom with cold water.

Location at the beach and a very nice and peaceful beach. Very nice and clean pool area. The rooms are very nice decorated, and spaciouse. The place is easy to access and a short drive form Mombasa. Very friendly staff.

The FOOD!. Very louzy food and the dinning service could improve a lot for all meals. The buffet really boaring and low quality. I asked for al la carte, but was told that it was not available. I will suggest to skip the buffet and only have a limited but tasteful and good quality al la carte menu. I like the place and within reach for a short vacation from Mombasa, but the restaurant and food quality will keep me away.

Room full of bugs and ants! Couldn't store anything outside the baggages. Bedsheets were full of holes like a cheese , and full of stains like a murder scene. Pool's water full of bugs and leaves. Lights in room are dimm and not sufficient. Beach has no shade. A part of the toilet just fell apart. Breakfast is only OK, yet, full of flies all over the place.

The staff could use some training on social relations. They could also do better on staff uniform.

Clean beach

The staff are very friendly. The beach bar has a great view. They give all guests a free 30 minute massage which was awesome. Clean and nice pool.

The food wasn't that great. Breakfast buffet was bland with very few choices. I assume that it's an old hotel from the state of the common areas which could use a face lift.

Courteous and friendly staff. Lovely place in traditional African style, nice pool and gardens right on the beach. Good breakfast , excellent chef . Very accommodating and nice afternoon tea , chai. Would stay again when in Kilifi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to talk to them. We like to return there. Very nice place to stay and having a rest - Coconut bar on the beach has a great atmosphere.

More variable breakfast would be nice. No joghurts. No espresso machine! And Kenya grows fantastic coffee beans. Spreading wi-fi to the rooms would be great. Some light sunbeds on the beach were missing.

Nothing major - limited fish dishes on first day but this was due to the season when fishing affected by rains and cold weather .

Location was excellent, wonderful beach and very nice deck. Wonderful pool for exercise. Front office team and staff generally cordial and friendly.

Rooms too close to the breakfast area. Noisy from early morning with cooks setting up, then guests taking early breakfast. Ventilation a bit poor and AC was not working.
