Perfect place for a hiking trip in Poncebos. Many trails start near the hostel, including the famous Ruta del Cares (the Cares Trail). Also, the cable car to Bulnes is close (you could also do the hike as I did). The breakfast is good, not extraordinary. Worth the price. Very convenient parking in front. Good staff. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Recommended.

Some communication issues. Only one person was able to speak English. But not a real issue.

The shower was in a deep bath and so a little difficult for me, an old person, to get in and out.

It's the perfect place to stay in Poncebos! It's lovely location close to the funicular train station and starting point of hiking trails. Friendly owner, helpful staffs, and very clean. They change towels everyday and replenish soap/shampoo daily. I have a room overlooking the Río cares. Fulfilling foods in the restaurant with the best views... This is a place I will return to stay! 😊

Not sound proof rooms..

Right in the middle of the Picos. Basics were covered, simple but clean, including a great hair dryer. Service was good and a great included breakfast at a really affordable price!

No elevator! Thankfully, I got a second floor, but my luggage was heavy.

One of the most beautiful locations of our trip. The staff were very nice and accommodating to us. we were only there one night, but would have stayed more if our trip allowed!

it can be a little claustrophobic in small rooms when the weather sets in. The mountains in general are not a good place to be a vegetarian

The hostel is in a great location for doing the Ruta del Cares walk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is amazing value for money, the room was nice and had a great view.

The location was incredible. So close to the Bunes Funicular and Ruta del Cares that you can walk there. Also, it's between these mountains that make the surroundings so beautiful. Also a river with incredibly clear blue water, amazing. Breakfast is Ok, nothing fancy but good for the value we pay here.

Restaurant was a good value and centered on local food. The Ruta de Cares trail is about a ten minute walk up the main road. Scenery everywhere is amazing.

Gorgeous location to explore and hike. Great service and staff. Bathrooms were shared but they were very clean and lots of them on each floor, each with individual door, shower and toilet. The on site restaurant is very decent and affordable
