central location. very welcoming.

struggled to eat in the restaurant. not a fussy eater. variety of food could be better for the British. entertainment was a bit poor. had to go to various locations for entertainment. Hen Do’s to noisy in the early hours .

Iv stayed here for the last 3-4 years with no problems. the location is perfect.

I booked an upgraded sea view double room. it listed air conditioning and a Fridge, neither worked and I reported to reception after first night and absolutely nothing was done. then on the 4th day my shower and taps completely stopped working so all and all I don’t rate this as expectable and awaiting a response from management as Iv recommended at least 10 friends over the years and now it’s embarrassing to say the least.

We have been to the Flash in the past and had a good experience, but things have changed and now we found rooms grubby and clearly not up to standard. Food was ok but not always very hot and rather repetitive, breakfast poor.I reported to reception that the flush button had stuck down on the toilet over night and only after complaining again did it get fixed after lunch that day,so we had to fill rubbish bin with water to flush !! Would not return

Food was low quality . It lacked atmosphere at Christmas , the entertainment was disappointing. Drinks were expensive in the hotel.

The room and corridors could do with a good hoover. First day, room was literally given a lick. After wad better. Towels need to go like paper.

Everything food was really poor wouldn't have fed it to my dogs they really need to get to grips with the food vas the hotel is in a fabulous position and is being let down with substandard food.

The food in the restaurant is not great. At the evening meal there isn't even free water. Underneath the bed in the room has not been cleaned for weeks

Good location for the night life. Close enough but far enough not to be too noisy. An older crowd so it had a relaxed feel. There wasn't any stag or hen dos when we were there, so it was nice and quiet.

Food was ok, but the hot food was a bit hit and miss. I didn't think the meat was great quality. But ok value for money. Guys, watch out for the African girls trying to pick your pockets outside late at night. Even though it's next to a police office.
