The property was beautiful and well located. The bus is literally infront of the residence. Clementine, the manager of the residence was super helpful and thoughtful! The perfect South of France stay for maximum experience!
We had issues with the internet and had to use our data constantly, but that was only during the night before sleep. Would not recommend working here of you have important calls.

The villa and apartment were very nice. The location was great. It was within walking distance of the port, old town, beaches, train station, and several good restaurants. Also, the host and staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would have rated the apartment as exceptional if it had a couple of comfortable chairs for lounging in the bedroom or dining area. Also, there were no English-speaking channels on the TV. We were there for 10 days and after touring during the day we would have enjoyed watching some TV. A smart TV would have been nice. Also, although not a big deal there were fruit flies in the apartment.

Hostess was very charming and willing to help. Private area of garden. Airconditioning essential. Near port and in easy walking distance to central Nice.
A bit noisy with traffic on main road.

The room was very spacious and comfortable
Clemence, the owner of the property was extremely helpful and responded promptly to whatever queries we had

This stay was such a pleasure! Between the garden (limes, cherries, oranges and many more growing things), the vintage cars out front, and all of the intricacies of the building it is one of a kind. The daughter father duo are so sweet and excited to welcome you. We felt the location was prime time. It was walking distance from most everything and if not there is a bus stop right next to it!

We LOVED our stay at Résidence La Villa Léonie. The room was great as were the hosts. Location was excellent-
bakery just a few minutes away, plus grocery store close by. Could walk to the port or the waterfront in a short distance. Also bonus- a bus station right outside the door. We took the bus to Monaco for the day. It was a very delightful stay!
nothing - everything was great!

we stayed for 5 days at Villa Leonie - we had a lovely stay in a one bedroom apartment - there is a separate room for a little kitchenette. the room is fabulous and the balconies with the windows are gorgeous in the morning and evening to watch the sunset. the bed was comfortable and extra blankets were provided. the property is located on the east side of Nice and about 5 min walk from the port and 20 min walk from the city centre and beach. we loved walking each day as the weather was beautiful. there is a bus stop right outside the property to bring you to Villefranche-sur-mer, Eze, Monaco and Menton. we did this several times and it was so convenient to be on that side of the city for going back to Italy as well. they have private parking on their private street for €15 a day and they have a lovely garden with lots of chairs to sit out and enjoy some food you take back from the city or just relax in the sunshine
there were no toiletries like mini shampoo, body wash etc provided which travellers can forget to bring so that was a bit disappointing.

Good closed district with mulitple villas near the port. Nice yard, modern elevator inside, building of 1910, but all kept well and tidy inside. Very friendly and heartwarming owners.
Thank you so much for being so nice to us, Clémence!
There is a very good bakery just around the corner for all of your "baguette et petit déjeuner" needs.
It is time to change all towels to the new ones in the room, they are clean, but greyish. The road outside is noisy, but the windows are soundproof.

The house and garden are very attractive. A very good position for us as the bus stop was close by. Our host gave us all needed help and assistance.
The room was at the front and the road noise was sometimes intrusive. An additional arm chair or sofa would have helped.

We loved the friendly welcome, the beautiful ‘Belle Epoque’ building, the newly fitted fully. equipped kitchen. The location was great too!
Good transport links to airport and Monaco. very helpful hosts.
As there were three of us one more comfy chair or sofa in living area would have made our stay even better 😃

Location was very convenient, away from the crowds, close to the port and the tram line.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was large and comfortable.
Villa is family owned. Pride of ownership is evident.

Everything was perfect, Clemence and Christian were lovely and very helpful. Place was amazing, close to the sea and beautifull small beaches, old town and port. We travelled by car - there is closed area where you can park , we also took our dog - there is park near the beach.
Villa is gorgeous with painted ceilings, green garden , great view from balcony, unique atmosphere. You can open the huge windows and sunbathe on the bed :) i have been to Nice a few times but this place is the most unique.

Very nice apartment, very pet-friendly, super friendly staff.
Home-office in the apartment was not possible since the wifi was unstable. This was a huge drawback for the otherwise very nice apartment. However, the staff was helpful in providing other locations for home office, however, we ended up using a mobile hot-spot. It is ideal as a vacation spot but for home-office, it did not meet the expectations of stable wifi; stable wifi is really important for home-office.

My favorite place to stay on the French Riviera; gorgeous villa, gorgeous garden, gorgeous Nice.

the AC worked well and the property contact was very nice
we were “shushed 🫢” several times during the middle of the day….not quiet hours. that was frustrating. also the stairway was extremely dark.

Really gorgeous villa, lovely to walk into everyday. Beautiful rooms. Feels safe. Nice it's run by a friendly family.
It is a 25 minute walk from old town nice/other side of the beach - this location is closer to the port so just depends where you want to be. It is good if you want to explore both sides!

The location was perfect for our needs, everything was in walking distance and we felt safe within the gates.
The traffic could be very noisy at night, however we know that that is impossible to control.

Beautiful house and safe stay near to the coast. Very nice and helpful owner!
There were ants in my apartment one day and I was immediately upgraded, which was very kind.

The location is just perfect, you can reach the port in 2mn, from there you have access to the promenade, the place de pins, the old town quite easily. A lot of fabulous restaurants are around.
The location is secured and calm which make it perfect to enjoy Nice at all time.
The villa is wonderful, with a small garden where you can work or sit to enjoy the sun, the living room quite cozy, the room was just perfect and clean. You will enjoy the charmed of a old Nicoise house.

Nice accomodation in very good position.
A bit of disorganization (we got wrong offers and when we asked to correct it we never received it) and not very cordial first approach (we were almost attacked on our arrival as we had two dogs, although I had written several emails and phoned to warn, but they had forgotten and gave us a room with parquet and we were asked to not let the dogs walk within the room in the evenings in order to not disturb other clients) but all in all we were fine.

Great big room! Old-style decor, all in great condition.
Great staff - supported our very late arrival, and was very helpful during our stay as well.
Location is nice - close to the center, but not in it's middle.
Perfect Wifi.
Well equipped kitchen.
Bed and crib were great.
The 10-15 min walk to the port/city center was a bit far with our baby, but it's fine for grown ups.
The windows are to a busy street with many cars during the day. Nights were quiet.
Some basic ingredients like salt/sugar/pepper could be useful.

Very unique and beautiful place to stay and work remotely. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

The location of the property is amazing! You can walk from there to the best places in Nice. 5min from old town/port; 10min to the beach. Nice and helpful owners.
Room. I didn’t like the room at all. It was on the first floor and near the main entrance, so I always heard people. It didn’t feel safe actually since I was traveling solo. you can’t open windows or curtains because it’s on the 1st floor and people walk past it.
No soap. There was no soap in the toilet or shower. I had to buy my own.
Bad WIFI. It’s only good to send a simple text via messenger. impossible to do anything else. couldn’t send any pictures to others.

Good location for what I needed.
House is on a busy road, with window open there is a lot of road noise day and night. Bathroom was woefully inadequate. One single lamp lit the entire room, the bulb the size of my finger nail. The shower head had no fixing on the wall so had to be hand held. This caused it to spray over the bath and flood the floor. The bathroom was dated, looks like it hadn’t been updated in 30 years. Mismatching toilet with sink, cupboard fitted over sink blocking access partially to sink.
The mattress was worn, and sank on each side.
WiFi was poor, had to use my roaming data from UK to get things done.
Charged €15 per night to park my car in the street outside the property.
