Staying for the second time here, as previously - satisfied with everything. Room is spacy and well equipped, there is a nice restaurant below as well.

Breakfast cannnot be included in the price since the restaurant services are separate from hotel. But still restaurant serves nice food and prices are good too.

On arrival at the property the front door was locked, we went to adjoining restaurant but this is entirely seperate business. Phoned the contact number on the door and a lady appeared to let us in. Not quite the start we wanted but it worked okay. Our room was 1 of 6 and very pleasant, cosy and good facilities, nice bathroom, TV, a fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. We had breakfast at the adjioining restaurant each morning (cost 8 euros.) The location is good and close to the lakes and waterside facilities, also by 'twin tower church' on main route out of Moletai - the church is a good landmark when wandering about. WiFi worked well for us both.

I think the arrival arrangements could have been better, the restaurant next door appeared to be the obvious place to ask but they were not able to help us and we were anxious at first. It was very hot at the time c31degC in the day and no less than 23degC at night - there was air conditioning but it was not very effective in our room at least. That said we walked plenty during the day and slept well at night.

great location! they have a nice restaurant on the first Floor for breakfast, lunch and dinner. food is really good. very nice, clean and beautiful rooms. high sealing

mattress on the couch was not very comfortable we had to put several blankets under the sheets the walls are thin and you can hear everything

Comfy, spacious, clean room, looks like 4 stars hotel inside, you have everything you need, friendly staff, I loved it in general.

Rooms are not particularly soundproof, although Molėtai is a small town, you can still hear the trafic from streets near by and it can be quite loud, not mentioning that you will definitely hear your neighbours. But that is an issue only for someone sound-sensitive, I would recommend earplugs for such a case. The rest is -excellent.
